Got this range finder to replace a GPS golf watch that the battery was dying. It seems to be very accurate and easy to use. It locks on the flag pretty easily, bit you have to make sure it is seeing the flag and not something else around it. I like the slope feature as well. It is light, has a case to put it in and I have no trouble keeping it secure on the cart pole with the magnet. Very nice unit for the price. Not sure why other models are so much more expensive. This is well worth the price.

I just purchased the Acer Golf Rangefinder (SW-RF1000) and so far I’m very impressed! It arrived quickly, is well built, comes with a carry case, charging cable and lens cloth, and is very straightforward and easy to use! It’s well-designed, and small enough to be easy to hold comfortably. It seems to be very accurate as far as I can tell, and the optical quality of the display is very good. It has different modes of operation that are easy to cycle through (e.g. with/without the slope feature, flag lock, straight line, speed detection etc.). It also has a built-in magnetic strip on the side for attaching to a golf cart, as well as an adjustable +/- focus on the actual viewfinder to help focus the view clearly. If you’re in the market for a high-quality golf rangefinder, from a well-known and trusted brand, for under $100, I would highly recommend this!

I was looking for a modestly priced rangefinder to use on the golf course, dialing in my distances so I could make the proper club selection for each shot. This Acer model seems to hit all the right notes for me in this regard. It is compact, fairly simple to operate, has a build-in rechargeable battery, and comes with a good storage case. I also like its strong magnet that will allow me to attach safely it to the metal posts of a riding golf cart.

Bought the Acer Golf Laser Rangefinder as a low cost replacement for my Nikon Coolshot Pro and I must say that I am extremely impressed by the build quality, size, features and accuracy. It's very compact and light weight so fits in any pocket but also comes with a case that has a belt loop. The magent on the side is very strong and attaches securely. Product feels solid with rubber grips that makes it easy to hold. Has all the features like slope and pin seeking that work very well. Accurate, easy to use, easy to read, great optics, USB-C rechargeable battery that should last 50 plus rounds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality, accurate, easy to use laser rangefinder.

First experience with a range finder, very positive, super helpful right out of the box. Great ergonomics and surprising sight stability. Helped make club selection a breeze, will be using this on the regular out on the course.

This is my first rangefinder. I wanted something under $100 with slope compensation mode. The Acer Gadget delivers! It’s easy to use, the yardage measurement is accurate, the magnet is strong, and it attaches well to my pushcart. Very happy with my purchase and that the company offers a 2 year warranty.

Looks good, lightweight, and picks up big objects like trees, people, hills and bunkers - however it DOES NOT pick up the flag, so basically useless for golf.

Works well and easy to use. Setting navigation is straight forward and it gets the job done. Accuracy seems good thus far, and will have to wait and see for longevity, but it works for the intended purpose without the extreme price tag or needless bells and whistles
