This is great stuff. Doesn't add any flavor but instead brings out the flavor, if that makes any sense.I use a teaspoon per quarter pound of ground beef to make smash burgers, & the flavor is divine.Try it. The jar should be sealed upon arrival, & have no foul odor. The smell reminds Me of bacon fat without the hickory. I keep it in the fridge to ensure it never goes rancid.Great stuff, enjoy.

Yes I did purchase this with the intent to use as a skin moisturizer for my extremely dry hands, and also wanted to try it on my face. The texture is lovely silky almost. Smells light and pleasant. But when I first applied it to my hands, I got almost hives, maybe because my skin was broken on my hands, which was because my skin was extremely dry, so I washed it off, I waited a few days and used it again and no more rash or allergic reaction and now I’m using it on my face and hands daily and I see good results. I would recommend giving this beef tallow a try.

This is the second time I have ordered this beef tallow. Great for healthy cooking! This is a very convenient size that is easy to keep on the kitchen counter.

I didn’t cook with this so I’m not sure of the taste but the texture was super smooth. The only reason for the 4 stars is the slight scent. In soap you couldn’t smell it but when used in lotions or oils I did have to include a scent so I wasn’t walking around smelling like a hamburger lol.
