Good stuff.
Can't beat this stuff. Works well with a nice texture, taste and smoke point. Very clean and melts so easy to cook with. Healthier than a lot of oil with a high smoke point so it's easy to fry and sauté. Thank you.

Life saver
Let me tell you somtin. This is the absolute best in the world for a cast iron skillet seasoning. Its also the bomb for cooking. Makes a dam fine nonstick skillet.

Good but I prefer ghee
Decided to give tallow a try after hearing so much about it. This brand is very good. Taste is fine. I've used it to sear meats on cast iron, and it has a more neutral taste than the avocado oil I used to use for those purposes. Recently I decided to try ghee, and I find it's more versatile because I can use it for cooking vegetables on my wok too and get a better flavor

If you are cleaning up your eating habits, this is the way to go.
This container is almost gone..have switched away from oils, canola, soybean, whatever...using tallow and lard now...really like this...quick melt and high smoke point and it's healthy...not processed like the oils I've been using...If you are cleaning up your pantry to get rid of over manufactured oils..this is the way to go...

Improved flavor and texture of steak
Always used to use butter. I recently tried this and found it does create a very nice crispy layer on steak. Now use it all the time. Does splatter a lot when frying but worth the flavor and texture improvement.
