At first I thought it might be to much weight. I didn't take off some of the other blankets and I slept to hot. The next night I took them all off but a cover blanket on top of the weighted blanket. It was perfect. I slept very comfortable and was in the same position as when I fell asleep even with the cpap machine on. That was an amazing feeling. That has not happened ever before.
