Packs light and easy. I have 6 different weight levels and prefer this to their progressive load system of clipping on different straps of various weights to achieve more weight. The action is better using one band, and at a certain point, one will experience too much "pull back" loading up multiple straps and dealing with balance too much in regard to the movement. Handles are very high quality and the anti-snap technology is welcomed. The door anchor is the best out there (truly door friendly) and the free programming is fantastic as well. Really a bargain when you consider everything you get.
