This kit has amazed me! I see a lot of sets that go for an incredibly large price which don't even include a mat or a sieve, let alone a brush to clean the sieve. This kit is very very cheap and the quality is very high for its price ($30). It contains everything you could desire out of a matcha set, and I love that it doesn't give you matcha as the buyer might already have a type of matcha in mind already. I love that the whisk holder is the perfect size for the whisk and helps it keep its shape. The whisk took a while to bloom, but once it did It made very nice froths. Over time I found that as I got more used to making the tea, the more the flavor improved and the more I was able to portion out my ratios to appreciate the umami notes of the matcha I had. I also love the printing on the mat as it is very beautiful and a great place to rest the bowl and whisk holder when they are not in use. The scoop holder is a very nice touch to round everything out for when everything is resting. 5/5 Overall, a great set that only leaves you ready to buy ingredients for whatever you choose to make. Makes a great gift for those who want to start learning.

With the shale mixing bowl and the matching whisk holder, this Matcha kit contains everything you will need to prepare a ceremonial Matcha service. It includes a nice thick mat with a Japanese style painting as the presentation surface and of course a whisk, strainer, and spoon. All you need to do is add the Matcha and prepare as instructed on the underside of the box. There are instructions for a hot latte or an iced latte. This gives you the ability of making a special time for someone you care about. Everything is well made and attractive.

The bamboo whisk and scoop holder and tea ceremony cloth add to the charm. It does have a stainless steel sifter with an accompanying brush. The whole thing came in a beautiful presentation, nicely packaged for yourself or to give away as a gift. The price is pretty much the same as other sets out there, but I think its an amazing quality that won't disappoint anyone who gets it. It's a good value for the money. I love this set, and I think anyone who gets it would too.

This set is all I need to make matcha drink at home. The bowl is not as big as it shows in the picture. The set is easy to wash after each use. The set includes a sifter where the matcha is sifted into the provided bowl. Then, the bamboo whisk is used to whisk the matcha powder with hot water. At this point, it's ready to mix with other ingredients to make a drink like matcha tea or matcha strawberry. The color of the matcha comes out depending on the quality of matcha I bought. I always wash everything with water and/or soap after each use. For a casual matcha drinker, I enjoy owing and using this set, so you will.

I have viewed health videos about the benefits of Matcha. When I saw this 8 pcs Matcha Whisk Set I was really excited to try it and see how I felt afterward. I did feel more energy and focus after drinking my Matcha. I’m pretty chill, so I don’t know for sure if I felt more calm. It was a good experience. I like the benefits of consuming the whole green tea leaf in Matcha. I think this set is good. The sifter and whisk certainly make short work of frothing the tea into a creamy delicious mixture. It definitely helps to sift the tea powder to remove any lumps. I used a half teaspoon of sifted Matcha powder and then added a small amount of warm water to quickly whisk in a “w” formation. It froths faster that way. I then added the remainder of warm water, sweetener and warm milk. It tastes delicious to me. It was also good to me without sweetener, but it has a bitter taste. I drank a morning cup with sweetener and an evening one without sweetener. It has something my body craves that is healthy. I researched and ordered the best organic green Matcha tea I could find. This whisk set is aesthetically appealing and useful because it provides all the tools needed for a quick and healthy at-home Matcha. Thanks, Amazon.

My first thought after opening the contents was how pretty the included mat is! I almost didn't want to use it as a mat for fear of messing it up, but honestly, it adds to the experience of making the tea. Also, I really like how sturdy the bowl is, and it's easy to clean. The long spoon is a nice shape, and even though it feels thin, the size is nice for getting the powder out of the packet one-handed. My only problem is how fragile the whisk is, especially after rinsing it off the first time. I used it twice, and it actually broke... Maybe I used too much water? I didn't soak it, just lightly cleaned it under lightly running water, didn't even use soap - but when I took it off the whisk holder for the third use, some of the pieces snapped off. I meant to take a picture, but forgot - and I was able to buy a new whisk for a few dollars to replace it, a sturdier version. Overall, a nice set for yourself or as a gift (the box makes it easy for gifting), but maybe have a second whisk on standby just in case yours breaks, too.
