Was a little hesitant that it would work as advertised BUT it did! I followed directions which are very easy. With every use my teeth whitened a little more. I'm now on maintenance once a week. My dental hygienist even made a comment on lack of tatar and how white my teeth are.

Amazing use for sensitive teeth
Have been using this product since 2020 and results are amazing and safe to use. Due to having extremely sensitive teeth this doesn’t hurt or bother. You can use it up to 30 mins per session and you don’t feel uncomfortable. My husband and I both enjoyed this product.

Charger malfunction
Have gotten this item many times and even got family members to buy it. Seems the cords are working less and less. Showed up and the C charger would not work. Very frustrating as I have an android.

Corded version has a very short cord... difficult to use, and no battery for cordless
Make sure you buy the correct type - corded or cordless! The corded version has the shorted cord known to man. I don't mind sitting around for up to 30 minutes while I am doing something else with it in my mouth, but I have to situate myself in such a way that I can plug it in and have enough slack to actually do other things. The cord could definitely be longer. Other than that, I haven't used it consistently enough to know if the whitening works. Mainly because it's too cumbersome to use.
