I have to say, it has helped a lot! Since I've started sleeping in the collar, I have not been woken up by my arms going numb. It is easy to adjust and is fairly comfortable. I switched to a contour pillow as that allows me to support my head but not put extra pressure on the collar. My only potential complaint would be the comfort of the padding. It is soft and thin enough not to be warming, but I believe I may make a soft cotton or linen liner for the pad going under the chin, just for the sake of comfort. I also like that they sell replacement padding and have ordered a couple of sets for when the original wears out over time. Overall, if you need a Cervical Collar to sleep in, you have my understanding sympathy and my recommendation of this collar.
