We’ve had this in our pond and have caught several turtles, in one cast my husband caught 11. It’s been great to rid our pond of these unwanted creatures.

Disappointed!! It hAd the wrong hardware in the box. Luckily I had enough hardware to be able to assemble the trap without going to the store to by some. The picture shows how it was assembled wrong. The hole on the right side upright was at the bottom instead of where it belonged. I’m a diy’er and was able to drill another hole to make it work. I think they need to step up their quality control so things like this doesn’t happen. I hope it will actually catch turtles or I’ll have to send it back. $300.00 is a little steep considering how things went.
