Saw this product with reviews in tik tok. Of course I just figured why not? It couldn’t hurt but surely how many times would I have to purchase to notice a difference ? Well exactly 10 days in my hair completely STOPPED SHEDDING!!! Do you hear me? After pain and suffering and thinking i must have alopecia. Well I heard that this offered hormonal balance and my goodness. Just 10 days in. My hair stopped falling out and the most incredibly awe moment was when I realized it helped with another issue I had. Vanishing clitoris 🧐, yep you read that right. Over the last 6 months I’ve dealt with excessive hair shedding. At the advice of my physician I tried the natural approach and started by taking Nutrafol and liquid collagen. I had been taking both religiously for 6 months and shedding reduced but not as much as I had hoped. Started reading articles related to pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto helping with hair loss/shedding. I ordered this and have been taking it for about a month. Within about 2 weeks I saw a significant reduction in shedding and now back to shedding just a few hairs when washing my hair. I can’t be 100% sure that this was the main reason for the sudden change seeing as how I’m still taking Nutrafol and other daily vitamins, but it’s quite a coincidence that I started taking pumpkin seed oil and within 2 weeks saw a huge difference while I’ve been taking other supplements for 6 months with little results. Definitely keeping this in my daily supplement routine.

They seem to help with less hair shedding. No toxic ingredients from what I can read on the label. Caution, they are made in China.

Iv been having extreme hair shedding as of recently and had heard pumpkin seed oil could help stop the shedding. I've been taking the recommended dose every night for over a month now consistently and unfortunately have not seen any changes in hair shedding. My hair just wont stop over shedding. Im going to continue to take them because maybe it needs more time and it couldn't hurt to keep taking them just in case. But so far im not seeing any changes.

I have bought these twice and see no difference. There is no taste or smell and they are pretty small.
