Unfortunately, the internal spring on my unit broke after a marginal amount of use. I purchased the item December 2017 - I used the trimmer about once a week for five months - and then the item broke and is now useless.Within 48 hours of posting the above review I was contacted by the merchant. Within 7 days they had shipped new product to me to replace the damaged item. Nice to know the merchant cares. Nice to know this merchant addressed my problem.
