Ignore all other reviews, here is the truth. This has done absolutely nothing for me. Waste of money. Ulcers still popped up. Save your money and just get oil of oregano + black seed oil together in capsules. They started healing within a day of taking those. You need antibiotics, not probiotics and if you’re like me and you care about gut health, get the natural antibiotics (oregano/black seed) they don’t destroy good bacteria in your gut AND they work better than pharmaceuticals AND there’s no need for an expensive doctor visit. You’re welcome!
