I’ve been using this Kuxiu magnetic iPad stand for my desk setup, and overall I’m really happy with it. The build quality feels premium. The hinge is extremely strong honestly, at first I thought it was almost too stiff but that’s actually a good thing. Once you position your iPad, it stays exactly where you put it. No sagging at all. The magnetic attachment is solid and secure. My iPad snaps into place easily and feels stable in both vertical and horizontal positions. I mainly use it next to my monitor with Apple Sidecar, and it works perfectly as a second screen. One of my favorite things is how clean it makes the setup look. You can hide the cable nicely, and the wireless charging feature is really convenient. It keeps everything minimal and clutter-free. Installation was straightforward. I’m using it clamped to my desk, but I like that it gives you mounting flexibility depending on your setup. If I had to mention anything, it would just be that the hinge tension might feel stiff at first but that also means it’s built to last. Overall, if you want a clean, minimal, and sturdy iPad setup next to your MacBook or monitor, this is a great option.

I got this product so that I could place my iPad above my monitor in my apple system to act as an additional screen. This seems to be the only product I could find that ticked all the boxes I was looking for. I knew I wanted an arm for my ipad. I wanted something that was as thoughtlessly easy to use as possible, those traits being magnetic so I can place it on and off quickly and with a clean look, and I wanted it to start changing when placed onto the arm for ease and looks. I also wanted it to be made of metal for security, to be long enough to be flexible as my set up changes, and strong enough that I wouldn’t worry that my iPad would fall and break. It ticks those boxes for me and despite what I would see as being a bit pricy, I would confidently say that I would recommend the product and it is worth it for my specific need. That said here are a few things I dislike. I would like the option of a Matte black color over the Matt gray. I would like it if the arm has screwable joins rather then purely friction based ones as it is incredibly hard to adjust the placement. I would like it if it came with a charging brick, though I do appreciate the quality of the included cable. I would also appreciate it if there was a related case I could buy to put the iPad in for my ease of mind that could work on the stand. Overall, pretty much what I was looking for and I am pleased with my purchase which certainly isn’t always the case in this tech space.

This charging stand is very well built and the magnets are strong, I don’t have any doubts that my iPad will fall. However, (and this is a big however) the wireless charging is hilariously bad. It starts and stops constantly before inevitably giving up entirely. It’s so bad to the point where it had me looking up what the proper voltage should be. I decided to request a replacement because I do like the way it holds my iPad. The replacement came in today and was charging! Then decided, “NOPE, Don’t feel like it!” And once again started going haywire. I give up, I’m sending both back and gonna have to find another stand. For this price, this is unacceptable. To Ku Xiu: Just give up on the wireless charging and make a magnetic mount and cut the price because this isn’t worth it.

This is by far the best magnetic, charging iPad desk mounted holder. The arms are stiff as the tension in the joints are not adjustable, so it takes a little effort to adjust the sections to the angles you want, and it will stay like that until you readjust them again. I did have this for almost a year and hand no problems with it until just recently it would not charge my laptop when connected, or just intermittently start or stop charging. I notified The seller of the issue and they were quick to respond and helped me troubleshoot it, after finding that the little charging board was defective they quickly shipped me a replacement board that was easy to install and included a little screwdriver tool and a QR link in the instruction Manuel that led to a video that showed the disassembly, removal, install and reassembly. Now I’m back up and my iPad charges again. I was a little unsure if they would support a defect after so long, but I just figured I would ask and they responded with a quick fix. Great Seller, Great product support. 🙏

OMG this is a 5 star product! Best ipad stand ever. I have 2 of them. But noooooo! after the ipad 26 the keyboard doesn't work. Just need help. Upgrading to 26.01. Come on apple. I will be crushed if this

This is EXCELLENT. Very well built -- great construction -- high quality. I've seen some people complain that it's too "stiff" and hard to move around. Well... that is a huge PLUS for me. It's not very difficult to move it into place... and when I get it where I want it, I want it to STAY PUT. Even if someone walks by and bumps it... it's not going to fly out of place. I also have this installed in a large motorhome... and it stays put even while traveling down the road. My only wish is that they made a version that you could bolt to a surface so I could place one at the front of the coach. The iPad holds VERY securely in place. Some people complain that it's too hard to remove the iPad from the stand... but I think that's a HUGE plus. My iPad Pro cost close to two grand -- I want ZERO possibility that it will come loose or get knocked off. And truth be told -- it's pretty easy to remove when you grip it right. I prefer a strong magnetic hold (secure) over something easy to remove that will cause the iPad to fall to the floor if someone comes by and bumps it just right. So, what others are complaining about I consider to be a huge bonus. I had zero problems with setup... zero problems with my iPad charging -- everything works exactly as planned (before and after the most recent iPadOS updates). I'd buy it again without question. I wish all products were built to this quality.

Good but the base needs to be much tighter because it wears out after a few months and starts rocking seriously up and down; perhaps that joint should have a manual adjustment instead of only friction. I have had to add plastic shims into the opening that has developed at the circular base though, so that “wafer”-style compression isn’t working with my M4 𝟭𝟭” iPad Pro. The magnetic charging option works beautifully, as does the magnet itself, which is quite strong - enough to force the user to pry the devices apart very deliberately! Adjustable after the joints are moved enough times to loosen them briefly, after which they hold position nicely. Very heavy duty professional materials otherwise. Just figure out that base or send me a replacement.

Bought this primarily to reduce cable clutter on my desk and figured it'd be nice to be able to use my iPad as an extended monitor. I didn't find many stands or docks that could do magnetic charging w/ the port on the back of the iPad, so I was a little skeptical, but it definitely works quite well. The arm tension is quite rigid (when opening it for the first time it took so much force I thought I was going to break it), and like others have said there's no way to adjust that, but that does mean it doesn't sag at all and I don't find it wobbles/wiggles too much either. I think if I were writing/typing/drawing on the screen, I'd probably want a desktop stand rather than an arm, though for my purposes (a tap or swipe now and then only), the tension is perfect. The notification about it being recognized as a keyboard did skeeve me out a bit, but I couldn't find any documented examples of keyloggers working through that port and decided to just trust it. From reading, it's potentially related to a handshake the device has to do in order to be able to charge with that port, so probably fine. My biggest gripe is only that the arm segments don't have a ton of range of motion, meaning you might have to finagle it a bit to get it placed exactly where you want it. The arm on the base in particular can only rotate in like a 30 degree angle and the last joint isn't a ball joint. I actually think this is partially intentional though to make it easier to peel the iPad off the magnets, though, so I'm not dinging the score at all. Overall, it's a great product, looks nice, and does exactly what I wanted it to do. It's a little pricey, maybe, but it's also pretty unique and well built. Would recommend.

Un producto completamente bueno. El material es resistente, rígido, por lo que no tendrás problema por movimientos bruscos, lo mejor de todo es que ahora puedo cargar el iPad desde el stand, trae incluso su cable en la caja. Estoy satisfecho y contento con mi compra.
