My wife is enjoying her bike. We are both 72 and she is a bit unstable on two wheels so she has transitioned to a trike. She is still learning the bike with brakes and speed control (Peddle assist) I must emphasize to other seniors to take it slow at first with corners and compensating for rear wheel position. You can not “hug” the side of the street with the trike. It’s a very sturdy and well made bike and fairly easy to complete assembly. I would highly rate this bike. The company should emphasize that this is a single speed bike in its description paragraph of the bike.It’s perfect for my wife but I would need other gears and I’m sure others would agree.

Very impressed with this bike. European made. Strudy frame. Smooth operation.. Has built-in reverse, which really makes it easy yo maneuver. Could certainly benefit from a couple of mirrors. I liked it so much I bought another one. Recommended

This bike is phenomenal! And absolute game changer for me as someone living wirh multiple Sclerosis in Florida! I had a slight issue with the battery upon arrival, but the company sent me a new one right away. The assembly is a bit tricky (folding version) it might be worth the price for professional assembly if you dont have an ex-air force mechanic for a husband like I do. (He cussed at it a little, but it was fine) Highly recommend

Great product, assembly is easy, stability is good on uneven earth. Once on the trike is comfortable, but a bit hard to get on for 80 year old. Can you somehow make that easier? Still worth while.

Owned for 2 weeks and CANT GET ENOIGH!!! I am verging on complete handicap at 60, but this has given me such freedom

Packaged so well ! Easy to put together. I am in love with this trike ! Handles great on our acreage and I have used the baskets already to take things back and forth to my garden and barn ! I researched a lot of others and this one tops them all !

After assembly, the Mooncool TK2 appears to be a high quality product. The assembly instructions book is vauge... pictures in black ink are poor quality and hard to make out the small parts. But, I figured it out.

Only giving 1 stars for now. Trike arrived on time, however the instructions did not match how the trike arrived. Instructions showed back wheel fenders already installed. They were not. The back basket was so it had to come off to get to where the fender mounts are. The bolts do nothing but spin (which I assume is why they weren’t installed). Which also meant the back lights don’t work. I call support but got a broken English recording that agents were busy and call promptly disconnected. Will update if they make things right. I am 70 and took it for a little spin so will take some getting used to.

Customer service is prompt, but gives you the run around! My TK1 arrived with a dented fender, but I was given a small rebate for that. Requested an additional battery, but that is not available. Ordered a seat with a back support, and that arrived promptly. However the bolt securing the seat support needs to be removed to be used on the new seat, but it is impossibly tight. Wrecked 2 allan keys in the process. Asked for a second seat support. Nope, not available. Suggested I take it to a bike shop to be removed. Not an option for me as there are none close. I'm almost to the point of returning the entire bike to Mooncool as I don't feel very positive about future support if needed. As well, the instructions and manual are very confusing and difficult to understand. Just not a happy customer at all.
