Slightly sceptical on the purchase before buying but seeing the price I felt this is over press but the performance is very very very excellent to the and it is near perfect cannot expect a better product than this really really worth. Very good steam output no no water dripping spillage . Cable could have been slightly bigger it is lightweight and can be used for all. Handles very shrink cotton material so good.

Worst Product and Extremely Poor After-Sales Service I would like to share my genuine experience with this product and the service from both Philips and Amazon. I purchased this product from Amazon on 1st December. Unfortunately, from 20th December, the product stopped working properly. Since then, I have been struggling for more than two months without any proper resolution. When I contacted Philips customer care, they clearly mentioned that the product cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced, and they even provided confirmation of the same. However, Amazon is refusing to process the replacement and is asking me to get approval only from Philips. On the other hand, Philips keeps diverting me back to Amazon. This has turned into a never-ending loop, where Amazon redirects me to Philips, and Philips redirects me to Amazon. There is no ownership, no coordination, and absolutely no proper response to calls or emails from either side. The way customer support handles calls is highly unprofessional and disappointing. This is not a low-cost item, and such irresponsible service from both a reputed brand like Philips and a platform like Amazon is unacceptable. I strongly request everyone to think twice before purchasing electronic products online, especially when after-sales support is this poor. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever faced, with a degrading product from Philips and pathetic customer service from Amazon. Very disappointing.

It is too good. It gives immaculate and immediate ironing. It's a bit heavier which helps in getting the amazing ironing of clothes. Water container capacity is good. It gets heated pretty quick and irons out wrinkles in just one go. I am totally happy with the quality and work of this product.

Great philips iton for heavy steam generation. Makes the cloth crips and wrinkle free with the steam. Temperature controller automatically stops the heating. The water tank has a cap with prevents water leaking and makes it drip free. Also the cord length is big whi h makes it easy to irpn on bed as well. Overall a great product for summer cotton and linen clothes and goves u wrinkle free crisp coothes after iron

Review after one year of continuous use. It's a very nice product, in terms of build quality, performance and looks it's just awesome. Very happy with it. Must buy product. Remove all types creases in just one stroke, never catch or burn clothes.

The iron heats quickly and gives smooth ironing results. Steam function works really well, removes wrinkles easily, and feels comfortable to hold. Build quality is good and worth the price.
