This air fryer works perfectly, it's easy to operate the intuitive digital controls, the ceramic interior is super easy to clean, and if I use a silicone liner that fits perfectly (there are several options available on Amazon), there's hardly any cleanup and it's effortless to use. The food comes out wonderfully, it's one of the best kitchen items I've ever purchased. It doesn't take up much space, it does a lot, and it looks very attractive in the kitchen. Since the inside material is ceramic coated metal, there's no plastic smell to deal with, which was my reason for choosing this model. I consider this great value for money.

We permanently retired our microwave oven after just one week of use because we no longer needed it. While the air fryer naturally yields to the microwave in terms of power—and, consequently, cooking speed—it far surpasses it when it comes to the flavor of the food it produces. Our blissful experience with the air fryer lasted for eight months, at which point it stopped circulating hot air. The product's customer support team responded immediately to my written inquiry, requesting a detailed description of the issue, which I promptly provided. The following day, I received a follow-up set of questions—presumably necessary for them to diagnose the malfunction—to which I again responded immediately and in detail. Two days later, I received notification of their resolution: they would be sending me a replacement unit. I received the replacement a few days later. With such superb customer support, you can purchase this appliance with complete peace of mind.

After extensive research, we decided to buy the DASH air fryer with the ceramic coated basket to avoid flaking/toxins. We just got the DASH air fryer today and tested it with tator tots. Nice, crispy result without using expensive conventional oven! Easy and quick, 1 pot to wash. We are curious to see if we will actually notice a difference in the electricity bill as we will mainly use the oven for casseroles anymore. Next to try in the DASH: frozen meatballs, roasted veggies, garlic bread, fish, reheating pizza... We did not notice any odd smells and the air fryer was extremely quiet. It is small but perfect if one wants to use it even when cooking for 1. Yet big enough for a 2 person meal too.
