Definitely recommend!
taking three pills a day felt like a lot at first, it’s absolutely worth it for how complete the formula is. TheraNatal is designed based on current research and what OBs actually recommend, which gives me a lot of confidence in what I’m putting into my body. One thing I really appreciate is that it includes active folate (Quatrefolic) instead of synthetic folic acid, which is better absorbed especially for women with MTHFR gene variants. It also has the full recommended daily dose of DHA and EPA omega-3s, which are super important for baby’s brain and eye development. I’ll be honest, you might get a little bit of that fishy burp, but it’s not too bad and kind of expected with fish oil supplements. I’ve recommended this to several of my pregnant friends and they all really like it too. It just feels good knowing you're getting everything you need in one go without having to buy a bunch of separate vitamins.

Good prenatal pills
I use these prenatals for my entire pregnancy. I had to buy them three separate times and even use them postpartum. They have almost all the recommended vitamins you will need for your pregnancy. They do have a strong taste taste to them and what works best for me is to take them at night that way any nausea I had was subside due to having to sleep at night. I will recommend you that if you have a hard time with swallowing pills you should most definitely buy a pill crusher because they are a little bit thick.

"The Best" Prenatals out there
This was highly recommended when I did a search for "the best" prenatal vitamins to take, and have just about finished up with the third month of taking them and ready to order again. In comparison with other vitamins, the amount is way lower, they aren't too big and contain all of the essentials needed for my pregnancy so I won't have to go searching for other vitamins to take in addition to these. Can't complain there! There's no taste, however I get the fishy burps about 15 min after taking them. I guess it can't be helped. I do experience very slight nausea 30 min to an hour after taking them too but it's tolerable. I read people have complained about mold on their pills... I keep mine in a plastic baggy sealed up WITH the dry packet that it comes with so I haven't experienced that. All in all, they're pills. Not thrilled to take them but no one usually is. Therefore, I'll give a thumbs up!

Wonderful product! I feel happy and safe in my pregnancy using this brand/product!!!
This was recommended from my best friend! No side affects and when I told my doctor I was using it, she said “that’s a great product” I feel great about my decision.

Tried and tested; works extremely well!
I tried many prenatal vitamins and had no success with pregnancy. Switched to this and although it’s a bit pricy, it worked! Super easy to take. 7 days labels make it easy to not forget

Overall a good choice
I like that these are comprehensive and I get all the recommended vitamins for early pregnancy. I do think it’s worth the price. You are basically paying $10 a month for each type of pill so it’s actually not bad. The speckled pill does smell awful and I hate taking it though it’s probably the most important one. The fish oil gives you gross fish burps. Pro tip: Take it right before bed so you don’t experience the burps. Packaging is alright. I like that they are labeled for each day of the week. I do find them hard to rip apart and open though, so that’s annoying. Overall I believe these are a good one stop shop for prenatal vitamins and I feel my baby is getting everything it needs, so I would recommend.

DO NOT use in the first trimester
DO NOT use in the first trimester. The iron dose is too high for it and the form they used made me nauseous to the point that I couldn't stomach any water and was becoming severely dehydrated. I started to take these vitamins at week 4, when I found out I'm pregnant. By week 7 my digestive system almost stopped working. It was so slow that everything I ate or drink just laid in the stomach, making me extremely nauseous. I thought my hormones slowed down the digestion, blamed the morning sickness, but AI suggested to stop taking vitamins and see how I feel. I skipped my dose in the evening and felt 90% better in the morning. It's been 2 days, I'm not nauseous at all. I can actually enjoy my food! I can't believe how much I suffered because of these vitamins! The vitamins look like a very solid option on paper, however, there are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL in the first trimester. I plan to give them another chance at week 13, but I'm not too optimistic...

Great quality, but difficult to take during pregnancy
The vitamins are high quality and contain great ingredients, but I couldn’t continue taking them during pregnancy. One of the pills has a strong iron taste, and the pills are very large. They made me feel nauseous and often triggered my gag reflex. If you’re sensitive to smells, tastes, or large pills during pregnancy, this may be difficult to tolerate.
