It's Hasbro delivering on what the consumers want. He hews very close to the 1980's original. Good in some ways. Paint and sculpt is great. Lots of detail. His jungle cammo is perfect. All of his gear stows on him. Although the Rocket does not lock in and is easy to loose. Other than it is a bit tricky to get his helmet on, I have no real criticisms or complaints about the figure. It's a great Soldier fig. The choice of giving him an M-16 gives him an odd Vietnam era feel. But its always nice to get an M-16. And that's what the original came with.
