Can’t find a complaint yet!
I was skeptical about buying another wet/dry vac after having my bissell years ago because the roller would get nasty, and took forever to dry after cleaning. I just moved into a new house and was just using the swiffer, but the pads were filthy, and it was going to get expensive to get them fully clean, so I started looking. I saw the bissell, but again, worried about the roller smell. Then I saw the Roborock, and saw that it later flat, which was important to me, and then there it was, SELF CLEANING AND DRYING MODE!!!!! I used it immediately upon unboxing, and man, the uck that came up, lol Then yesterday, my daughter dropped salsa all over the floor! She started to clean it up when I immediately stopped her, remembering my new vacuum. I figured this would be the trick to see if it picks up and cleans wet, chunky salsa (sigh, what a waste!). It cleaned it beautifully! Of course I ended up doing the entire floor! Such a dream to use, self propelled; it tells you when it needs to be charged, verbally; tells you which mode it’s in, and upon cleaning, lets you know what part of the cleaning/drying cycle it’s in. And on top of all this, it’s pretty quiet. I can use it while everyone is sleeping! I just have to lower the voice volume, because it’s pretty loud on the original mode. So, if you like stinky, wet rollers, that are noisy, and you have to manually clean each time, this isn’t the one for you😉 Otherwise, it’s worth every penny!!!

Very Impressive
Very Impressive. I used to have one of the little steam mops that you just used like a regular mop but, it was hot and steamed. They were okay. But, this is on a different level It vacuums up like crazy while cleaning my floors. And the floors get clean. The one test I had for it was in my kitchen and by the bathroom there is build up that it really hard to get up. And it is unsightly. It takes alot with a spic and span pad and scrapper to get it up and not that good. With this I saw alot of it get cleaned up without much effort. I know I will have to do this a couple times to get it all up but, quite a bit came up in this test run. What I got off my floors in general when emptying the dirty water was amazing. It also vacuumed up alot of the floor well. You have to put the handle and the roller on when you get it and that is really easy to do. It also comes with cleaner which you only have to use little. You also don't use that much clean water. You see the floor get wet and then the water disappears right away so I don't have wet floors to wait around on to dry. I also did not see leaking anywhere during the running and cleaning. The Self Cleaning part is really impressive. It cleans even the brush. This machine comes with a platform to recharge and use when self cleaning. I was lucky to find this one on sale here and so, it was not as expensive as many major brand wet dry machines. Especially cordless. And I love cordless. Those are worth getting if they have a fairly good charge time. This one does. I researched wet dry machines. This one was rated very well and it shows how well it is made. Very happy with this purchase and very happy to see buy floors get properly cleaned.

It's a great mop if you want to replace it every 4-12 months
Second review update: This review was downgraded from 5 stars to 3 when the unit quit working after only four months, and was repaired under warranty, and then downgraded from 3 stars to 1 after the clean water tank started leaking as soon as the warranty expired and they would not repair or replace it. It's a great mop, but only worked for four months. The clean water tank did not make it through 12 months of use. The purchase price is way too high to replace the product every year. While I really liked the mop when it functioned, I'm not going to buy a new one every year. My advice is to find something more reliable. First review update: This review was downgraded from 5 stars to 3. You can read below my original review, and here's why it was downgraded: After 4 months, the mop quit working. When I tried to charge it, it would say "Charging error." I contacted the manufacturer, and they gave me the usual "is your caps lock key on?" type troubleshooting and to their credit, quickly emailed me a UPS label to send the defective unit back to them when it was clear the product was defective. They repaired the unit and shipped it back. This took about 6 weeks in total. So while the return process was smooth, it took a really long time and burned through about 12% of the 1 year warranty. We still really like this mop, but have lost all trust and faith that it will last an entire year... because it didn't. If you buy this mop, save the box. You might need it to ship it back in. I also didn't like the fact that their return email clearly spelled out that in 10 days the UPS label was going to expire, and if that happened they were done with me. What if I had emailed them the problem and had to leave town in an emergency or something? Not everybody can be at the beck and call of an expiring UPS label. Original review: "Life changing" sounds like a dramatic description for anything...but a floor cleaner? Yeah, but it's TRUE. Background: We live on a farm. We have working dogs. They come inside with us. Working on a farm means coming in and out of the house dozens of times per day. People and dogs. I don't have time to take my work boots off and put them back on again most times. So I'm constantly tracking in filth. Mud, dirt.... livestock dirt... you get the picture. Thankfully we don't have carpet, but keeping the floor clean has always been a constant struggle. We've burned through two Hoover corded units, neither of which worked very good, but they were the best we could find at the time. Before those we had a different brand who's name I've forgotten. And of course we've tried every sponge mop, Ceder mop, if it's out there we have spent money on it. This roborock F25 GT solves every problem and deficiency other floor cleaners had. It's lightweight, easy to use, picks up filth, doesn't leave skid marks, has great suction, cordless, and it's affordable. It's also surprisingly quiet. The base station cleans and dries the unit so it's like using a brand new floor cleaner every time. The heavy inefficient Hoover units were impossible to clean and left a disgusting smelly puddle wherever they were parked. Because they were bulky, heavy, loud, and corded, it was a chore just to get them out and use them, and on top of that, they didn't do a very good job. It made us NOT WANT to use them. The roborock is the exact opposite. I can grab it off the charging base, fresh and clean, lightweight, and immediately start cleaning the floor with it. No cords dragging behind, no smelly puddles, and no heavy unit to drag around. It's easy to refill and dump out, and the unit tells me when it's time to dump it. The cleaning reservoir holds just enough water to make it through a charged battery plus the self-cleaning mode on the charging stand. The unit is really good at using just enough liquid to clean the floor, and then sucks it back up again, leaving the floor clean and almost completely dry. Did I mention that we have four dogs? Not only do they track in their own dirt, they leave fur EVERYWHERE. This vacuum mop has no problem cleaning up a day's worth of floor fur. Best of all the floors are CLEAN and they SMELL GOOD with very little effort. For the first time ever our floors aren't an embarrassment. People can drop by unexpectedly and we don't feel weird because our floors are gross because keeping them clean is so easy with this mop machine. We've had this unit a month and use it almost every day. It only takes minutes to clean most of the floors in the house. I wish the battery lasted longer, but that would make the unit more expensive, I think the roborock engineers found the perfect balance of price and battery life. I know nothing lasts forever, and when it's time to replace this unit, I hope they are still making them, because I don't want to ever go back to any other type of floor cleaner. This review is unusually "gushing" for me, I tend to be very critical, and no I didn't get this for free or use a coupon, and I wasn't asked to write a review. It's unusual to buy anything these days that exceed expectations much less knock it out of the park like this floor cleaner does. So I'm giving credit where credit is due: this floor cleaner is awesome, and always having nearly effortless clean floors on a working farm where we previously thought it would be impossible IS life changing.

Great purchase I recommend
Got this for my wife and I dont mind using it myself its works so great, she loves it. Vacuums and mop our tile and leaves no streaks. Also when done has a self cleaning option that works great and easy to clean the tank out. Only downfall the battery doesn't last to finish our whole 1st floor which is roughly 1500 sq ft. But we just do about 3 quarters of the floor put it to charge and finish it after we do the rest of our cleaning. We give it an hour or so to charge and finish the floor. The upside out weights the downside love the Vacuum/mop and will recommend it. The best part we finish Vacuum/mopping our 1st floor in 10 to 15 mins. Before this purchase it took my wife and daughter almost 3 hr to sweep and mop our 1st floor now 15 mins or so. Big time saver, wife loves it as well.

Good design and performance in an easy-to-use platform
I bought this wet vac cleaner to maintain the epoxy chip floor in my outdoor sunroom, which gets pretty dirty from lots of foot traffic and dog activity. The overall construction is robust and the unit is intuitive to use. The epoxy chip floor in my sunroom gets a load of dirt embedded in the crevices, which the cleaning head can’t efficiently get down into. So, I pre-treat with a HOTO Flexi rotary cleaning unit (also from Amazon) using clean tap water. Once the dirt is cleaned out with water, I then come back with my RoboRock to suck up the gunk. This appliance is easy to set up, clean out and store. The unit pivots and is self-propelled, so maneuvering is a breeze. It also can be used completely horizontally to get under overhangs. It self-cleans at the end of each use before recharging. And, unlike most conventional vacs, it is super-super quiet. My only nits are 1. the head cleans best on truly flat surfaces…no nooks or crannies like my epoxy chip floor (somewhat limited with outdoor surfaces, like stamped concrete patio’s, paver steps, etc), and 2. the charge only lasts about 1 hr when using MAX mode, meaning I have to place the unit in the recharging base, go away and do something else for an hour before I can come back and continue cleaning (not a deal-breaker, just an inconvenience).

Great cleaning, but terrible battery and workflow issues
I have a love-hate for this machine. I have had it only for a few weeks and have used it about 3-4 times. When it works, it does a good job cleaning. However, I’m left wondering if I got a defective unit because the experience has been so frustrating. My biggest issue is the battery life: it completely dies after just 20 minutes. Because of this, it often runs out of juice before I can even start the self-cleaning cycle. Which takes about 15min for it to wash the roller then 25ish min to dry it! Yet I have to recharge it first (4hr for a complete charge). So it pretty much takes longer to clean and dry the roller, now I'm left worried the wet mop head is going to start stinking. Also if it takes 3 to 5 minutes to clean up a spill, but the self-cleaning and hot-air drying cycle takes 35 to 40 minutes total, it defeats the purpose of a quick cleanup tool. I think my unit might just be faulty? I did request a refund but not sure if I want to retry another unit? As it stands, the short 20-minute battery life and the cumbersome maintenance cycle makes it hard to recommend.

Multiple pets? Maybe not. Light cleaning? Absolutely.
I loved my vacuum mop at first. With 4 dogs of my own and doing a lot of dog sitting, accidents are pretty common in my house. A regular mop just wasn't cutting it. This easily cleaned up messes in just a few minutes. However, there were several down sides that came to light over time: - The roller needs frequent cleaning. Again, with dogs you get a lot of hair. The placement of the parts means the hair clogs up the roller pretty quickly. Not a deal breaker, but something that can be frustrating in the moment. - It doesn't SCRUB the floor. So if something is dried on or really sticky, you will need other tools to clean that up. This vac cleans up loose messes very well, though. - The clean water tank seams separate easily. Within 5 months, I was getting leaks. Now it is broken, and I've had to reorder a new clean water tank. I've emailed customer service. I will update as to what they say. - The dirty water tank is finicky. I've had times it doesn't want to go back in properly, and I struggle. I've also had times when I empty it, go to replace it, and the vac keeps telling me it's full. Honestly, I'm not sure I can recommend this to anyone who has multiple pets. I think it is quite expensive for something that starts breaking when it is less than 6 months old. I think if you do lightweight cleaning, then it's probably a great option for you. But for those that might need it more often, it may not be the best option.

Couldnt be happier.
100/10 I LOVE this vacuum. Coming from a Bissel Crosswave (do NOT recommend) This is a breath of fresh air. I was worried the stick vacuum wouldnt have great suction because its an add on but i was wrong. I have a basement covered in low pile carpet and it gets so much out of it that i didnt even see before. I have 2 cats, one dog and 2 kids. My floors are a hot mess. I was able to cover my entire basement, and do my stairs with the attachment and i still had 2 bars of battery left. (My tineco stick vacuum could never.) As for the mop, its a game changer. I used to have to sweep my floors before passing my bissel because it would clog with hair. Not a problem with this vacuum, no sweeping needed which is kinda the whole point of getting a mop vacuum! My bissel would leave my floors wet and barely suck up any dirty water, my floors dry in minutes with this. The self drying is a game changer no more stinky vacuum ethier! I love this. I was worried about the higher price tag but it was worth every penny.

Ottima, e servizio clienti top
Tutto sommato dunque, 5 stelle piene!
