Makes Cleaning So Much Easier
Really nice vacuum! It cleans very well and makes cleaning the floors much easier. I love that it can vacuum and mop at the same time. It’s convenient, easy to use, and saves me a lot of time. Very happy with it!

Great buy for the price though some upgrades would be great
Amazing suction and great self clean. Essential for actually cleaning messes and keeping the machine from stinking! I initially had a tineco and then upgraded to this. Only complain is I wish there was an auto stop function when the mop is set in the upright position and a screen to tell you how much battery is left.

4 dog farm household- this is the best floor cleaning machine we've ever used until it DIED
This review was downgraded from 5 stars to 3. You can read below my original review, and here's why it was downgraded: After 4 months, the mop quit working. When I tried to charge it, it would say "Charging error." I contacted the manufacturer, and they gave me the usual "is your caps lock key on?" type troubleshooting and to their credit, quickly emailed me a UPS label to send the defective unit back to them when it was clear the product was defective. They repaired the unit and shipped it back. This took about 6 weeks in total. So while the return process was smooth, it took a really long time and burned through about 12% of the 1 year warranty. We still really like this mop, but have lost all trust and faith that it will last an entire year... because it didn't. If you buy this mop, save the box. You might need it to ship it back in. I also didn't like the fact that their return email clearly spelled out that in 10 days the UPS label was going to expire, and if that happened they were done with me. What if I had emailed them the problem and had to leave town in an emergency or something? Not everybody can be at the beck and call of an expiring UPS label. Original review: "Life changing" sounds like a dramatic description for anything...but a floor cleaner? Yeah, but it's TRUE. Background: We live on a farm. We have working dogs. They come inside with us. Working on a farm means coming in and out of the house dozens of times per day. People and dogs. I don't have time to take my work boots off and put them back on again most times. So I'm constantly tracking in filth. Mud, dirt.... livestock dirt... you get the picture. Thankfully we don't have carpet, but keeping the floor clean has always been a constant struggle. We've burned through two Hoover corded units, neither of which worked very good, but they were the best we could find at the time. Before those we had a different brand who's name I've forgotten. And of course we've tried every sponge mop, Ceder mop, if it's out there we have spent money on it. This roborock F25 GT solves every problem and deficiency other floor cleaners had. It's lightweight, easy to use, picks up filth, doesn't leave skid marks, has great suction, cordless, and it's affordable. It's also surprisingly quiet. The base station cleans and dries the unit so it's like using a brand new floor cleaner every time. The heavy inefficient Hoover units were impossible to clean and left a disgusting smelly puddle wherever they were parked. Because they were bulky, heavy, loud, and corded, it was a chore just to get them out and use them, and on top of that, they didn't do a very good job. It made us NOT WANT to use them. The roborock is the exact opposite. I can grab it off the charging base, fresh and clean, lightweight, and immediately start cleaning the floor with it. No cords dragging behind, no smelly puddles, and no heavy unit to drag around. It's easy to refill and dump out, and the unit tells me when it's time to dump it. The cleaning reservoir holds just enough water to make it through a charged battery plus the self-cleaning mode on the charging stand. The unit is really good at using just enough liquid to clean the floor, and then sucks it back up again, leaving the floor clean and almost completely dry. Did I mention that we have four dogs? Not only do they track in their own dirt, they leave fur EVERYWHERE. This vacuum mop has no problem cleaning up a day's worth of floor fur. Best of all the floors are CLEAN and they SMELL GOOD with very little effort. For the first time ever our floors aren't an embarrassment. People can drop by unexpectedly and we don't feel weird because our floors are gross because keeping them clean is so easy with this mop machine. We've had this unit a month and use it almost every day. It only takes minutes to clean most of the floors in the house. I wish the battery lasted longer, but that would make the unit more expensive, I think the roborock engineers found the perfect balance of price and battery life. I know nothing lasts forever, and when it's time to replace this unit, I hope they are still making them, because I don't want to ever go back to any other type of floor cleaner. This review is unusually "gushing" for me, I tend to be very critical, and no I didn't get this for free or use a coupon, and I wasn't asked to write a review. It's unusual to buy anything these days that exceed expectations much less knock it out of the park like this floor cleaner does. So I'm giving credit where credit is due: this floor cleaner is awesome, and always having nearly effortless clean floors on a working farm where we previously thought it would be impossible IS life changing.

Good design and performance in an easy-to-use platform
I bought this wet vac cleaner to maintain the epoxy chip floor in my outdoor sunroom, which gets pretty dirty from lots of foot traffic and dog activity. The overall construction is robust and the unit is intuitive to use. The epoxy chip floor in my sunroom gets a load of dirt embedded in the crevices, which the cleaning head can’t efficiently get down into. So, I pre-treat with a HOTO Flexi rotary cleaning unit (also from Amazon) using clean tap water. Once the dirt is cleaned out with water, I then come back with my RoboRock to suck up the gunk. This appliance is easy to set up, clean out and store. The unit pivots and is self-propelled, so maneuvering is a breeze. It also can be used completely horizontally to get under overhangs. It self-cleans at the end of each use before recharging. And, unlike most conventional vacs, it is super-super quiet. My only nits are 1. the head cleans best on truly flat surfaces…no nooks or crannies like my epoxy chip floor (somewhat limited with outdoor surfaces, like stamped concrete patio’s, paver steps, etc), and 2. the charge only lasts about 1 hr when using MAX mode, meaning I have to place the unit in the recharging base, go away and do something else for an hour before I can come back and continue cleaning (not a deal-breaker, just an inconvenience).

Buy it!
WOW. I’ve had other vac/mops but this one blows them out of the water. It was super simple to set up, charged quickly, and does an amazing job vacuuming and mopping. The floors dry super quick also. The self cleaning and drying is a dream. When you’re done mopping your house, just set it on the dock wait for it to tell you to start self cleaning and press the button and walk away! It’ll be clean and dry for your next use.

I can clean the floors myself again.
I love this machine! I have not been able to use a regular mop, or get down on my hands and knees for 25+ years due to health concerns. My husband has been doing the floors for us for many years. He has glaucoma and is gradually losing his vision. He can’t really see the dirt and messes on the kitchen floor anymore. I ordered this, it cleans very well. There are two speeds, fast and eco mode, a slower speed. The machine talks and gives instructions in a pleasant woman’s voice. The machine is self propelled. On fast mode, it does take some physical effort to pull the machine backwards. It tells me if the machine’s power is getting low and needs to be put back on the charging unit. It reminds me to empty the return water tank. The water tank is a challenge to get clean. Most of the water pours out the tank. However some water and sand/dirt remains in the tank. I have rinse out the water tank several times and vigorously shake the container to get the extra water, sand and dirt out of the tank. The machine self cleans the roller and drys it. It’s so rewarding to use this machine anytime I need to. I no longer have to remind my husband that it’s time to wash the kitchen floor. CJH

I LOVE this vacuum mop!!
I LOVE this vacuum mop!! I basically feel like an old lady saying this, but I consider it like a favorite toy. Honestly though, it just makes my life so much easier. A friend had recommended it as the best thing she purchased after a recent move, and started recommending it to everyone-- and I'm now recommending it to everyone! I have an in-home licensed salon, where I frequently am switching between hair services and spa services within the same space. Before, I was sweeping and then using a dusting/wet mop to clean the floor of hair clippings before doing barefoot services of pedicures and waxing. So that's what I bought it for, with the intention of having a spare roller to use in the house, to not chance getting hair clippings in the house. Well, first of all a self propelled vacuum mop is saving time, and my back! No scrubbing, and no extra step of dusting up further after sweeping to remove the hair before mopping. All in one step, and the floor is so clean! Secondly, I didn't need to purchase an additional roller for the house. After running the self clean cycle, the roller basically looks brand new. And to test it, I took a sticky lint roller strip to it, and there was nothing on it! I actually think it's fun to clean the floor now. Like a toddler who thinks helping their mom clean is a fun game. I wouldn't probably use it to clean up a big sticky mess. Although I can't speak to how it performs in that scenario. Maybe it would do great if the spill was fresh... I like that the floor isn't super wet after you're done cleaning an area. Dry within 10 minutes or so. So, it's not a huge inconvenience to have off-limits floor zones for the family. I will say, some may find it inconvenient that everything goes into the dirty water canister. You should dump the water outside, not down the drain if you're vacuuming up a lot of debris, like I am with the hair. But honestly, if you're considering it, get it! It's awesome!!

NO STREAKS!
I love how smoothly this glides across my laminated hardwood floors. It moves easily and dries without leaving any streaks. I’m extremely happy with this purchase. My husband bought it for me after I got tired of mopping the old-fashioned way with dirty, gross rags. I refuse to put those in my washing machine, so I was constantly throwing them out and buying new ones. This Roborock has been a total game-changer. I especially love the self-cleaning feature. You do need to dump the dirty water after each use, otherwise it can start to smell in the container. I personally rinse it out with Dawn dish soap and water. It’s important to follow the instructions and use the recommended cleaning solution. Don’t overfill the water tank or use more solution than directed, or it can become too bubbly and leave your floors overly wet and soapy. When used correctly, it cleans beautifully and leaves the floors streak-free. The only downside is the battery life. One full charge isn’t enough to clean my entire downstairs, so I have to recharge it before finishing the other half. It's why I gave it 4 stars. Other than that, I’m still very happy with this item. The end result is clean floors with a nice glow, and it’s well worth it for the convenience.

Makes cleaning easier and handles most hard floor cleaning tasks as an all-in-one solution.
The Roborock F25 Ace Pro Foam Wet/Dry vacuum is easy to use. Comes pretty much ready to use out of the box. No complicated assembly or needing any apps before use. It mops very nicely, does not over-wet the floors and the floors dry right away. Being able to vacuum and mop simultaneously makes regular cleaning so much easier and way less hassle. The vacuum also self-propels itself forward so it takes zero effort to walk slowly behind the machine and clean in a forward motion….sort of the same like walking behind a self-propelled lawn mower….however, because it is self propelled, it does take a bit more effort to pull it backwards when you want to pass over a spot again like in a mopping/vacuuming motion. I found it easy enough to adapt my vacuum/mopping pattern to do a lot of it going forward, with when going backwards, I don’t try to pull it back too fast…pull it back slowly and then let it glide forward again…. I already own the Narwal S30Pro upright wet/dry vacuum so I am not new to this type of wet/dry vacuum. Since I own both the Narwal and Roborock flagship wet/dry upright vacuum mops, for the purpose of this review I will also try to add insights to the similarities and differences I have found between the machines to help those that are on the fence or considering options. For both vacuum mops, clean water is added into the base of the machine so it does not weigh down the handle, while dirt+waste water is collected in a container located at the base of the handle. In terms of dirt+waste water disposal, the Narwal S30 Pro offers a disposable waste bag system that separates and collects the debris from the dirty water so when the debris waste bag is full, it can be tossed and a new one replaced. The Roborock F25 Ace does not have the ability to separate the debris from the waste water. We are on a septic system here so I cannot just toss the debris (dirt, hair, fur etc) down the toilet with the waste water. I found a quick fix to this by using a large kitchen mesh strainer over the toilet to catch the debris, which I can then easily dump into the garbage. This extra step is a bit more inconvenient, but on the other hand, no extra running cost like having to buy more waste collector bags…. Both machines mop with clean water on a roller mop and unlike spin mops or robot vacuums with spin mops, dirty water/mop pads are not continually being used so for example, if there is spilled liquid on the floor, they will roll over it, vacuum suck up the spill, and use clean water on the roller mop head to clean the floor. Other than a bit more suction power, the main difference of the F25 Ace Pro versus the Narwal S30 Pro is that in addition to the detergent that is automatically added to the clean water while mopping, it has an additional dedicated foam detergent sprayer with a manual trigger located under the handle. Point, press and it will spray out from the front, wait a bit for the foam to help lift the stain, then proceed to mop over it as usual. This has been a very helpful feature because many times I have had to manually scrub out old stains that the regular mopping function cannot fully clean. This added feature is a game changer to tackle high traffic areas or kitchens/bathrooms with heavy set in stains. The flip side to this of course is the added expense of having to add in “Roborock” foam cleaning solution. You can add your own detergents, but the manual does say to use only Roborock solutions to prevent possible damage…. While both machines are supposed to be able to tackle hair/fur without getting tangled in the roller mop, I feel Narwal does have slightly better technology here. We have a 150lb St. Bernard and you can imagine the shedding season. In 9 months of use, the S30 Pro has never required me to cut or detangle hair or fur from the roller, while in these past few weeks of testing the F25 Ace Pro, I have on one occasion, had to remove the roller mop, clean and detangle because there was a jam. I would say the F25 Ace Pro is easy to maneuver, and to pivot, but it is slightly on the heavier side, likely due to having a larger clean water tank. The battery life is average at under 1 hour of cleaning on a full charge, depending on your usage mode, but for my purposes, it is more than I need, especially since I clean on a regular basis and my Robot Vacu-Mop also goes out on the daily to do regular maintenance cleanings. Overall, the vacuum suction of the F25 Ace Pro is top in its class, and picks up everything on my hard floors. We live on acreage and you can imagine the amount of dirt, mud, and sand that our St. Bernard and also the humans track in, and it has performed superbly, from sucking up tiny sand grits to heavier gravel rocks. The mop cleans up rain/mud and dirty paw prints with ease and tackles bath/kitchen stains and grime with the added foam detergent sprayer. This wet/dry vacuum makes my cleaning job so much easier and handles most cleaning tasks as an all-in-one solution. I would definitely recommend it and for those on a budget that do not require the dedicated foam detergent sprayer function, you can consider other F25 models at lower price points.

Couldnt be happier.
100/10 I LOVE this vacuum. Coming from a Bissel Crosswave (do NOT recommend) This is a breath of fresh air. I was worried the stick vacuum wouldnt have great suction because its an add on but i was wrong. I have a basement covered in low pile carpet and it gets so much out of it that i didnt even see before. I have 2 cats, one dog and 2 kids. My floors are a hot mess. I was able to cover my entire basement, and do my stairs with the attachment and i still had 2 bars of battery left. (My tineco stick vacuum could never.) As for the mop, its a game changer. I used to have to sweep my floors before passing my bissel because it would clog with hair. Not a problem with this vacuum, no sweeping needed which is kinda the whole point of getting a mop vacuum! My bissel would leave my floors wet and barely suck up any dirty water, my floors dry in minutes with this. The self drying is a game changer no more stinky vacuum ethier! I love this. I was worried about the higher price tag but it was worth every penny.

Ottima, e servizio clienti top
Tutto sommato dunque, 5 stelle piene!
