I started with about 30 minutes the first day, then worked up to 1–3 hours a day. I usually prefer looser tops, and I love how this still gives me that “snatched” feeling underneath without needing tight clothes. It has three rows of hook-and-eye closures in the front, plus the Instant Waist Trainer Velcro wrap for extra cinching, which makes it really adjustable and customizable. * Adjustability: I like that I can loosen or remove the Velcro halfway through the day but still keep the main cincher on. * Sweat factor: Yes—it definitely makes you sweat more. The Neotex fabric traps in body heat, and it works. * Quality: 10/10. This is honestly the best value cincher I own. * Value for money: 10/10. You get great structure, comfort, and adjustability all in one. * Material: The inside feels like high-quality neoprene, and I love the color. It’s very comfortable—even with sensitive skin (which I have), I didn’t find it irritating. It doesn’t budge or roll, and I can wear it with jeans without any bulging, which was a big plus for me. Sizing tip: If I wear it over an hour, I notice a bit of rubbing in the front/underarm area from how snug it is—so if you’re between sizes, I’d recommend sizing up for comfort. The body firming cream is a nice add-on. It absorbs quickly, gives a slight warming feeling, and leaves my skin feeling smoother. I’d give it 4 stars since I think it needs longer use for more noticeable firming. Overall, I’ve really been enjoying using both together!

Im 5’8 and i weigh 150 lbs, this shaper is long torso friendly, good coverage, i have a really long torso. I ordered a size XS. This is a HOT-SHAPER, the goal is make you sweat and it does. The quality is good, it doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable because the velcro, it stretches and doesn’t squeeze you much, you can feel a slightly difference in your stability. If you’re looking for a shaper to run or bike and sweat this is a good option.

I've had this shaper since Dec 12th and I'm disappointed that after having a little over a month it's coming apart already. The waist band rolls continuously and now the elastic that seals the band at the waist now has a hole after the thread came apart from fabric. I was looking forward to this band being sturdy and being able to withstand wear, but I see now not the case. I contacted customer service and they are allowing me to return.

This waist trainer fits great. It gives me an awesome shape and it definitely makes me sweat during my workouts. The material is soft and comfortable and both the best and the cinching belt are really stretchy. The only thing I didn’t love is the hook and eye closure on the vest. It’s a bit tricky to get on but once you get used to it, it gets easier.

The vest fit good by now it's a little loose now but the velcro belt moves and does not stay in place when I wear while working out or at work disappointed with that especially with the price I paid.
