This charcoal really helped my family get through a stomach bug that had been going around. It has no taste and the capsules are easy to open-up and pour into a beverage for simpler consumption. Gently working
On my Second day of cleanse. Not sure what Iโm supposed to feel in my body yet but I can say it is gently working my system. I will give more feedback in a few days in regards to my energy levels or if thereโs anything else that I notice. So far I like the product a lot and I am curious to continue with detoxing. I have no doubt of the quality of the product.
