My first brush stopped working within the Amazon return period, and it was promptly replaced. Just four months later, the replacement has failed, with the same symptoms (feels as if the power switch is no longer making contact). I followed the warranty instructions and emailed the company. No response. I followed up with a phone call to the number provided, and got a recording identifying the company by a different name and instructing me to send an email to this new entity. There is no option for speaking to anyone. I finally received a response and, eventually, a replacement. Moreover, these units do NOT work with rechargeable batteries, which research suggests is likely the result of shoddy design. Basically, if you want to dump $25 in the trash every four months, just do it with cash and reduce the amount of plastic and battery pollution in the landfill. (Original review follows.)I've been using a manual face brush for years, and decided that since I switched to an electric toothbrush this year I might as well try an electric face brush as well. I'm glad I did. Using the same cleansing product as always, my skin is distinctly smoother and softer after using this brush. It's easy to switch and clean the brush heads. I find the exfoliating brush a bit rough on my skin, but YMMV. I selected this brand and model in part because it was offered in gray--my bathroom is black and white and the pastels offered by most sellers would look odd. Also, while I considered getting a rechargeable model, I decided it would be more cost-effective to get this battery-operated one and use rechargeable batteries.
