It is so hard to find a "spicy" noodle product that is actually spicy. Well here it is! The broth is NOT over salted and IS plenty spicy. I was surprised and delighted with that! The noodle texture is way better than I have ever had in a freeze dried noodle product. They include little chopsticks and a broth spoon and that's fun. My one minor criticism is that the freeze dried beef is a bit substandard, but I understand that you can only do so much at this price point. I absolutely recommend this to anyone that wants a quick, high quality, inexpensive, SPICY noodle meal.
