This thing is a tank so far. Been very reliable and we have ran it non-stop since we received it. Great quality product and super reliable.

I’ve had an amazing time with this capture card the software for it was pretty easy to set up. The only thing that sucks. Is you have to make sure that you turn off hdcp before hooking up to a PlayStation or Xbox! Recording quality on it is amazing. Haven’t had any issues with 4K recording or 1440 P recording however, if you were trying to use this on a PS3 keep in mind that this capture card will not work with the PS3 my last point I would like to make is the only really trouble I ran into while using this is that on the Nintendo switch two outputting in 120 from the dock to the capture card makes this weird fuzzy picture and doesn’t really work so I recommend just turning off the 120 mode and VRR if you’re using it on the Nintendo switch 2

Love Elgato Products , Have Had Them In The Past With the HD60 And HD60S , Now I Am Using The 4ks Card , What Was The Only Problem Was That My Pc Did Not Have A USBC Port So I Had To Get A USB A Adaptor To Go Over The USBC Cord Then Plug It In My Pc Then All Was Good , This Capture Card Is Worth The Money, It Is Compatible With Pc , Functions Good At 720 p And 1080 p, Easy To Use , I Use It On My PS5 To Content Create Streaming Off Twitch , Tik Tok and Kick

A Hugh upgrade from the hd 60x and the right upgrade thanks to the ultra wide support now and 144hz capture on a 3440x1440 is a streamers dream. Fits the agenda for consoles such as the Xbox Series S/X as well as PS5. I own all systems and tested this on them and the results are good. Elgato is like the power company and they have you by the balls and you have to go their route as not another company can provide or compete. Now before you yell at me and say avermedia then hear me out. I am not a paid reviewer and I am elgato to the end all because avermedia failed me with their software and input lag which is not good. This capture card 4k x is long needed and should have been what they tried to do with the HD60X. I stream daily with this thing and I never turn it off and it's going strong. Bought this to upgrade my original 1080p version of this device. Elgato make quality hardware, and this allowed me to upgrade to full 4K on my streaming set up. I use it with OBS and it just presents as a webcam, you don't need to install any extra software. I'm also able to take an extra audio feed out of it, so when i'm streaming, I can capture the audio both in OBS and also out via Discord so that other people joining me on stream can get a live feed as well. It's a solid bit of hardware, dead easy to use, high quality and have had no compatibility issues. Only thing to be aware of is that this kind of device does NOT work with HDCP - so for example, if I want to use Netflix on my main PC, it'll make the screen go blank once Netflix tries to kick in HDCP. It's not a fault in the device, HDCP is designed specifically to block this kind of thing to prevent piracy. Annoying, as while I have intention to pirate, I'd like to still be able to watch Netflix without rewiring my set up to remove the capture device each time. This will be common issue on all capture devices however. Back on the positive, it works well with my 4K 60hz screens and other than when watching Netflix, I have it in live use all the time even when not streaming, zero latency issues getting in the way at all. I also have a switch connecting it to all my consoles as well (PS5, Xbox Series X) and no issues there either, no compatibility issues at all (make sure HDCP is disabled on the PS5!). Great bit of kit, highly recommended.

MacのM4でも問題なく使用できました。初めてのキャプチャーボードでしたが、映像はとても綺麗で、本体の性能には満足しています。本体がとてもコンパクトで、置き場所に困らないのも良かったです。 ただ、Switch 2をDiscordで共有する際の設定は少し分かりづらく、最初は手間取りました。慣れている友達に助けてもらって何とか設定できました。 価格はやや高めですが、画質や性能を考えると価格に見合った製品だと思います。
