Marena SFBHS Women's Girdle with High Back, Short-Length - Post-Surgical Shapewear Support

LOVE IT! After surgery I was swollen and the girdle they gave me at the doctor's office was a wrap with boning that was actually hurting me. After searching and reading reading reviews I went with this one and I am SO happy I did. The material is SOFT, other girdles say they are "breathable" but that means their fabric is meshy and hard on wounds. This fabric feels nice on my swollen post surgery tender skin. It doesn't have seems on the sides like the rest, this is a HUGE plus, it is super comfy. I wanted it tight so I followed the reviews advice and got an XS, I should have probably been fine with a small, but I was barely able to close it due to its stretchy fabric. But I like that I will be able to continue use it as the swelling goes down. I am 5f 3in and the leg ends right above my knee which is great because it does not show a mid leg cut in leggings or skinny jeans. It arrived within 3 days, way faster than expected. My only complaint is the straps, they are adjustable (with a bra-like feature which is a great feature for tall people) but the adjustable thing hurts a bit the area next next to my arm pit. I am not tall and I am using the straps in the largest setting, so I think they got that part wrong. I would have preferred for the straps to not be adjustable and be made of the same soft fabric the rest of the garment has. I also wish the crotch was a little higher, it is kind of low and bothers me a tiny bit when I sit down. However for Amazon and the US, I don't think you will find a better girdle than this. I went to a local store and bought a different brand that I cannot stand (at least yet), it was more expensive and had seems on the sides, its "breathable" fabric did not feel good on my tender skin.

These work great. As described and hooks are easy to use. Holds you in!

Take waist and hip measurements, find your bigger measurement in the size chart (whether that's waist or hip) and then order one size larger!! I recently had a tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift and was sent home with an abdominal binder, which was fine initially since the first couple weeks were mostly spent laying down. However, it started riding up the more active I became (mostly when sitting). The person doing my lymphatic massage recommended this girdle. She measured my waist and hip (88cm) and recommended an XS according to the size chart. It's way too small. I can't pull it up as far on my hips as it probably should be, it only fits on the farthest hook and after a few minutes my right arm started going numb. The product has a sticker over the opening that once broken cannot be returned. So although I've only tried it on, I can't exchange for the larger size and am out $140. The quality was great (although expensive) and I would've kept it if my arm wasn't going numb, even though it's not ideal to only be able to wear on the farthest hook.

The quality is perfect. Very comfortable. A little different than the on I got at the hospital in Mexico but just as comfortable. IMO if it is uncomfortable and folding up a bit in the middle it is too big.

The front part already shows holes and i dont have not even a month wearing this so disappointed for the quality when the price is high!

You definitely get your money's worth. Has 3 hooks to keep sizing down with time. Looks great and very comfortable to use restroom.

I was given 1 of these post-op liposuction and bought 2 more so I wouldn’t have to wash them daily. They do what they’re supposed to do (excellent support/compression) and they’re comfortable everywhere except where the straps rub against my armpits. I tried using an anti-chafing balm but it didn’t help. Wearing these 23 hours a day is torture. The straps can hook/unhook so when I’m just sitting on the couch I unhook them to give my skin a break. I have a long torso and I think if there was another 2 inches of strap it wouldn’t so bad. They’re comfortable everywhere else though and pretty easy to get on and off.

This is the best compression garment for after surgery. Comfortable and supportive
