Must Buy!
I really like this cashew parmesan. It tastes great, and I love that it has 2 grams of protein since I’m trying to increase my protein intake. The texture is good, there’s no strong smell, and you don’t have to refrigerate it after opening. You can add it to so many dishes. I’m not vegan, but I’ve cut back on dairy products, and this cashew parmesan is definitely vegan friendly. I’ve added it to my tuna pasta dish, and I’ve even mixed it into wheat flour to add a little crunch when I air fry my tofu. I will definitely be buying more.

I like it, smells and tastes good I think
Got this for my 1 year old son who is being treated for cmpa, and transitioning to more solid easy to chew foods. Trying to find things he can eat since he's limited to what he can have, it's expensive but for him a little goes a long way, he likes a little on his spaghetti, lasagna, garlic herbs angel hair and all other foods I sneak in veggies. It's great on pasta salad. I plan to make a soft pizza, and use this as a cheese. I don't like vegan cheese on eggs, or baked/mashed potatoes, maybe roasted potatoes would be ok, or tater tots, brussel sprouts, and broccolli. I'm sure I'll find other ways to use it. I think this taste just like parmesan cheese if not better. I've even noticed an improvement with my health eating less dairy, since I don't like eating things he can't have in front of him, but don't think it'll last for me because of the price of dairy free products, I'm super frugal for money that can be used on other needed things. So maybe I'll learn how to make it myself, or be conservative with it like I am.

Delicious, Nutritious, and Guilt-Free!
NOOCH IT! Cashew Parmesan is a total game-changer for plant-based eating. The flavor is rich, cheesy, and slightly nutty, making it the perfect topping for pasta, salads, popcorn, or pretty much anything! I’ve even started sprinkling it on avocado toast for a savory kick. What really sets it apart is the quality. The ingredients are clean, fair trade, and sustainably sourced, so I feel good about using it. It’s packed with nutrients like B12, making it a great addition to a vegan diet. The texture is fine and crumbly, just like traditional grated parmesan, but without any dairy. Plus, it’s shelf-stable and lasts a long time. If you’re looking for a healthier, ethical alternative to parmesan, this is it. Highly recommend for vegans, vegetarians, or anyone curious about trying something new!

I didn’t dislike it or like it.
I didn’t dislike this but I didn’t like it either. I could take it or leave it. I will not buy again. Price point too high. I am not vegan so my POV may differ a little if I were. 🤷🏻♀️

Fresh tasting
This is really good. It is like it has just been grated so not sure how long it will keep. I keep it in the fridge so hope lasts awhile.

Tastes Great but it's only Parm Adjacent
I developed some food allergies which have forced me to go dairy-free. I really wanted this it be a direct parmesan replacement. Well, let's just say the good people of Parma can rest easy. Mario and Luigi are still gonna use Reggiano. It does not have that crystalline crunch of a good parm. That said, I'd eat this WAY before I reached for the pre-grated green can sawdust stuff. No, It tastes more nutty, in a good way. Imagine a great tasting nut crusted fish or chicken recipe. It tastes like that. I used it first on garlic parmesan wings they were fantastic, but not too parm-like. Next I used it on fish like a nut crust and it was fantastic like that too. There's a DIY recipe for vegan "parmesan" out there which uses the same ingredients. I tasted it side by side, it was nearly identical. Think I'll go with homemade, but for those who don't want the hassle, this is great. I'll probably still buy it from time to time when I'm too lazy to make my own.
