ZULU Powerfill Pro 40oz Stainless Steel Sip or Chug Water Bottle, Black

Finally! I have found an (almost) perfect water bottle, and it’s even reasonably priced! It is gorgeous! It is insulated and stainless! It doesn’t leak! It fits in a cupholder! I love the chug spout, and I love how you can fully detach it to clean it. I love the lock on the flip top, the ease of popping the flip top open to take a drink, and even more amazing is the easy fill lid feature! Until I got this water bottle, I didn’t realize how much of a pain it was to screw a water bottle lid on and off every time you needed to fill it. (or worse, every time you took a sip) No more! The handle is perfectly sized and shaped to make it ergonomic and comfortable. I don’t like straw cups because it’s a pain to clean, and I don’t like plastic or silicone sitting in my water all day. This has the option for a straw with sip spout or a chug spout without the straw, so I just threw out the straw and sip spout and only use the chug spout. My one and ONLY complaint is the now unnecessary attachment spot for the straw that makes cleaning just a bit harder than it needs to be. I got the ZULU brand water bottle brush set and that does the trick. (highly recommend, much nicer than your everyday cheap store one because it has a long handle and the bristles are high quality, not squashed easily) I’m super impressed with this brand and I have 2 of these bottles for my 5 year old daughter (the 18 oz) and 2 of the 24 oz for me. It works out well to rotate so we switch to the clean one when it’s time for the other one to get washed. They are the perfect size for each of us for being out and about for a few hours.

I have bought so many different flasks trying to find ones that work well and are easy to clean. My biggest issue with buying bottles like this is I'm always worried that they're going to get slimy and get mildy buildup on the inside, which makes me feel kind of iffy about using them. These ones come apart so easy. The straw detaches but then when you put it back in it stays in place which is fantastic. It keeps your drinks cool for most of the day which is awesome and it's very versatile. It comes with two different attachments to make it. You can take smaller sips or it has an attachment that has a bigger hole in it so that you can drink more. The lid is awesome because you can press a button and it unlocks the top so it just pops open. There is also a switch on the side that you can click that locks it in place so that it won't open. It's the perfect size and fits in most cup holders and the colors are awesome. It's dishwasher safe and I haven't had any issues with this and the handle on it also makes it very easy to carry. I thought multiple of these and I recommend them.

Absolutely a great buy! Highly impressed for only $21.50. Very well made! Equal, if not better, than all the popular name brands like Swig, Yeti, Brumate, etc. High quality design/print that is slightly textured to the touch. Rubber/nonslip bottom, removable lid and straw, flexible zip spout, easy to attach the water bottle to a backpack, purse, etc. Super cute navy gingham! Keeps drinks cold, hand wash recommended.

UPDATE Sadly, I'm removing one star for durability. It's my fault that the bottle fell 4 feet and landed on cement, but I am bummed that the plastic cap broke on impact. The search for the perfect water bottle continues. I'm super picky about my water bottles. This one is my new favorite! + The chug spout is great! + also comes with a straw insert (if you're into that sort of thing). I like that you can go chug or straw without having a separate lid. It's really easy to change from one to the other. + flip top for refilling is super easy. I only need to unscrew the lid for cleaning. + cleaning is easy. + keeps my water cold all day. + the handle is easy to grab. + grippy bottom stays where you put it.

This has become my new favorite water bottle. I have been a Contigo fan for their Autopop lid for a while. I hate straws or lids with mechanisms that harbor bacteria and I'm too impatient to unscrew a cap. I also want to be able to chug my water as well as keep it ice cold for hours. So yeah, I may be a bit high maintenance when it comes to water bottle selection. I take my water bottle everywhere with me and as such, may drop it on occasion. This has been the downfall of my Contigo bottles as they inevitably get dented on the bottom and then don't sit straight. Plus, the autopop lids are getting harder to find! I've been through 3 Contigo bottles - one I broke the lid and the other two have so many dents on their bottom that neither sit properly. So this led me to search for another option. Enter Zulu. I was first attracted to the rubber base as that was my most recent issue with my Contigos. I liked that it advertised a chug option - although I could care less that a straw option was also included. The lid: like the Contigo, it has a button to press that pops the lid for a quick guzzle. While the opening isn't as big as the Contigo which does limit the flow a bit, there is a vent hole that actually helps keep the water flowing at a good rate. I also love that the mouthpiece comes off for quick washing and sanitizing. A bonus for me is the fact that the lid itself can be popped open for refilling and adding ice. This is super convenient as you don't have to unscrew the whole lid to refill! The drinking part does have a lock feature to prevent the button from accidentally being pressed and popped open in a bag or something. I did worry a bit about the big lid popping open unintentionally but that hasn't happened yet. Chill power - this has kept my water cold for a full day. Perhaps not quite the staying power of the contigo but really close. I usually fill my bottle with ice and water at night before bed and there is still plenty of ice left in the morning. The durability has been great. The rubber bottom has protected it through a couple drops and I love the brushed matte finish on the bottle itself. Nice feel in the hand. I've retired my Contigo autopop and am now a full-fledged Zulu girl! Very happy with the switch!

i use this everyday for work and honestly it has been really good everything works well never leaks its the perfect size and my drinks stay cold and i love the color the lids work well as it says and easy to hold my son uses it with me

My new FAVORITE drink tumbler. The size is just right for a full 16 oz water drink with lots of ice. I love the grip on the bottom. The temperature inside keeps my ice frozen all day long. It’s versatile and durable. The handle is great and I LOVE that I don’t need the straw! I was looking for a spout and this is it. I’ve wasted so much money looking for this and I’m so happy I finally found the perfect one for me! And I Love Love the purple. Perfect! Everything tastes great!

This is the best stainless steel bottle I've found for the price. So why only 3 stars? This is my 2nd Zulu - I had a 24 oz Powerfill Pro and now this 40oz version. Both did a terrific job of keeping the contents ice cold for many, many hours. About 6 months after purchasing the 24oz bottle, it appears to have lost the 'vacuum' insulation. The outside of the bottle got ice cold as soon as I put water and ice in it, and the ice would melt within a fairly short time. I contacted Zulu and they said it was probably the o-ring in the lid, so they sent me a new lid. Sorry, Zulu, but if the bottle is getting cold on the outside and there are no leaks, it's NOT the lid. It's the insulating factor of the bottle. Thankfully, these things are inexpensive, so I order the 40oz bottle. I've had it (almost exactly) 6 months, and the same thing happened. Bottle began getting cold on the outside and the liquid inside warmed up to room temperature over night. I'm not sure if these bottles begin developing air leaks (neither of my bottles had been dropped or mishandled) or if there's some other reason they lose the vacuum. Anyway, I don't want to believe this is planned obsolescence - I really like the design in every other way. I just am irritated that I have to replace this thing every so often. So, three stars: Excellent use design. Not so good longevity. I'll buy one more, but if this happens again, I'll be looking for a better brand.

Ordered this bottle after trying the 40oz zulu which had no issues, I received this 64oz bottle in the wrong shade of white described in the ad also the bottles top cap keeps opening whenever I fill it up i do not recommend anyone to purchase this bottle since you will face many problems with the cover coming off and spilling everywhere.
