The media could not be loaded. First unit would not feed wire. Customer support was helpful in providing a replacement however the second unit also would not feed wire and the screen was super glitchy. Plasma cutter function seemed to work nice but I was mainly looking for a mig welder. Super disappointed. Once I notified the customer support rep of the replacement being defective, they wanted me to take pictures of the serial number and record a video showing that I wasn’t incompetent in using it. I got super annoyed and simply sent it back to Amazon. Never buying another yeswelder product.

Great welder customer service was excellent. I had a problem they sent me a new welder with no charge at all.

Terrible product! Purchased this as my first welder and it couldn't even strike an arc no matter what i tried. At some points there was a loud popping sound that I know was t supposed to be there. Do not bye this product! Spend a little more on a lincoln electric or a brand that is very reliable. Still waiting on a refund

Just learning everything about the machine. Fine tuning aluminum with a spool gun. I like it so far.

Barely got it out of the box before it quit working. Then tried to call manufacturer to see if there was something that we could troubleshoot only to get a message stating that there was no agents available and to leave a message with the product information and my email address and someone would reach out.

Came in and didn’t turn on. Was very mad at that. Sending it back.
