The Megan is pleased, and you will be too!
Let me say up front, I sleep in a recliner, not a bed, due to health issues. So I know exactly what I want in a recliner. This one checks all the boxes except one. * It's slightly oversized on the width, so I'm not crammed between the arms of the chair. * It's not a plastic (call it leather if you want, you and I both know better) covering, it's microfiber. * It's well cushioned and yet firm. * It has well proportioned massage, as well as heat! * It stays put when you lift the footstool without throwing you backwards right away, so you can sit up with your feet up. The one box this chair does NOT check for me is the fact that it's a rocker. Normally I cannot stand recliners that rock or swivel. But compared to how well this chair performs all its other functions, that's a minor inconvenience I can live with. But most importantly, the Megan (my 16 year old cat I've had since she was barely 3 weeks old) finds it "quite acceptable." (she HATED my previous recliner for various reasons). As you can see in the attached picture, she is enjoying it immensely (yes, the massage feature is on, Intensity 3, thighs, no heat). It's even better when I'm dozing off for the night and she (and her sister) snuggle in on either side of me. Exactly enough room for all 3 of us (I'm 5'6", 180lbs). The foot rest is a bit finicky to latch when you're getting up, but if you push just a bit harder than you think you ne4ed to, it will latch just fine. I'm sure that will wear in just fine soon enough. So should you buy it? Most definitely! It's worth every penny, especially if you have a cat like the Megan who is notoriously picky about where they sleep.

Comfortable, and great features
I'm very happy with this product! I was a bit concerned after reading so many negative reviews, which I didn't read until after purchasing. I ordered it because if the price point, and features. I am a 50 year old 4'11 lady, with not much strength, and had mo problem getting it together. As others have stated, the arm pieces ( not rests, those are already on) are difficult until you get the right angle. I was trying to slide them directly downwards, but you need to angle the top slightly towards the back, while pressing inwards and down..and voila! Easy peasy. The vibration and heat feature are great. A bit louder then one of the answers above mentioned, but not obnoxious. Of COURSE the massage feature is a vibration. That's a given. I'm not sure what others who brought this up in a negative manner expected. The USB charged my phone in the same amount of time I'm used to from any other outlet. Great feature! Its actually what drew me to the chair. As for the foot rest, I sit up, and scoot forward, pushing the foot rest very easily in, and then stand up and kick it in to lock. It's not a inconvenience to me. Love my chair! Thank you.

Would not recommend
I was so excited to buy this chair for my husband, but I am less than impressed. Within a month of getting the chair the thigh massagers stopped working. I emailed the company. They said that they were back ordered and would send me a replacement as soon as possible. That was literally almost a year ago at this point. Also, I have had this chair LESS THAN A YEAR and now when it is plugged in the "lumbar" massagers will not shut off and the heat stopped working. We can't even use the USB charge ports because if we do, the lumbar setting will not turn off. So, we just have to leave it unplugged. I haven't even mentioned how sunk in the chair has gotten is less than a year. My husband and I are quite average in weight (150-175) there's no reason for this other than the chair being very poorly made. It is also quite uncomfortable with the massagers in it as they poke into your back. So, they're terrible unless you're actually using them. If have read other reviews, you'd see that all they do is vibrate. That is true, but I was aware of that when I purchased the chair. I did read my fair share of reviews and thought that I was getting a decent product, not absolute trash. I ended up purchasing a new recliner. I am not happy at all.

Comfy but you get what you pay for
The chair came earlier than expected which was nice. It is pretty comfy and the massage is nice, my 2 year old is obsessed with all the functions it has. However you get what you pay for. Our usb charger doesn’t work at all. Neither one of them. And the chair, when it reclines the foot doesn’t come up all the way. You have to pull it up 90% of the time (it comes up about 75% of the distance it should when the lever is pulled) Not worth sending it back since it was heavy to get up our stairs and the vibration massage and heat work fine.

There are Better Options; shop around Before Buying
If I could go back and not buy it, I probably would. The chair itself is...alright. There are several things that could have been done better. I'm a very average 5'10" and the chair still feels small. I guess if you are smaller than average, then you're fine. However, if you're taller than me, avoid this unit. The texture is decent. It's not super soft like I've seen on other chair, but it's acceptable. It does have a little of a filmy feel to it, but I tossed a throw blanket over it and things are alright now. Assembly was fairly easy and the instructions were enough to get it done. I didn't buy it for the massage stuff so I didn't expect much. The package was missing two items - the plug and an extension cable that was supposed to come with it - so I had to get in contact with the company to get them. Apparently, this is not unusual for them to be missing certain cables as their website has a page specifically dedicated to this issue. While slightly annoying, the company did get the missing parts shipped to me quickly. Once it was all setup, I turned on the massage settings and...all the do is vibrate. I've sat in massage chairs and they have actual parts that move over your back and actually massage. This does not have that. There is a heat setting that provides light heat to your mid and lower back. It doesn't get especially warm, but it's, as with many of the other options, alright. The USB ports are interesting, but I would have taken a slightly larger chair instead of the tech. Overall, I am underwhelmed with it. The downside of buying something like this online is it's absolute hell to get it returned which is really the only reason I still have it. I do use it from time to time and it does a decent job. Still, when I think about what I could have had (I'd tried other chairs in various stores before buying this one), I feel a great sense of Buyer's Remorse. 2.6 / 5 Stars

For the price A+
For a cheap recliner I LOVE THIS CHAIR. Assembles in less than 5 mins. Puts me to sleep & heat function is awesome. You CAN use heat only function with no massagers vibrating. I use heat in the mornings & vibrating function before bed. Again I love this chair One thing about this chair. To put the leg rest down requires using your legs to close it. It takes some pushing. If your older or have weak legs it could be a problem for you it does not close easily. Only added this part as sone other reviews were from someone older who was struggling to close the leg rest. It take effort to close it.

Easy setup
This chair is beyond easy to assemble Fabric is soft to the touch Light weight so cleaning is easy or if your nesting you do not need two hands to move it Fits someone that’s over 6 foot tall no issues. Great for someone who’s on their feet all day for them to come home and relax. EDIT After 18 months chair is rapidly falling apart. Electrical failure on anything IE massager, heater, and USB ports. If you lean back fully reclined, chair will flip you over. Padding did not even last nine months. Filed insurance claim. Thankfully bought the 5 year Allstate coverage at check out. Hopefully replacement does not rapidly fail like the first.

RelaxZen Longstreet Rocker Recliner
Totally dissatisfied. Looks pretty, easy to assemble. Extremely hard to lower the footrest and lock it down. After about 1 week, the back of the chair would press into my back (the vibration part or heater part or both) and became extremely uncomfortable. Painfully uncomfortable. The footrest doesn’t go up very high and I didn’t like that at all. I did like the size of the chair as I’m only 5’2” but my feet actually still hang off the end. Width wise it’s fine as I’m a small framed person. Overall, were it not such a hassle to return I wouldn’t have kept it. $500 bucks for an uncomfortable chair that I don’t really like. I’ve done a lot of looking and didn’t want to go broke on one chair, but this was a total disappointment. NO, I don’t recommend this chair to anyone. NO, I would never be willing to purchase again. The extra star was only for the ease of installation and it’s pretty to look at. Everything else, 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
