It’s a very unique smell but nice one! It also doesn’t combine with my natural scent in a weird way, which is important in a deodorant. The healthy ingredients are what drew me to this and I really love that about this product! My only draw back is the residue that it leaves behind. You really have to scrub it in the shower to get it off. After shaving, it makes my razor gunked up. I would still say this is a good, safe and effective deodorant. However, as my personal preference, next time I might go with one that goes on wet, instead.

Although the smell is very unique, there is something nostalgic about it to me and I like it. I think it's the vetiver in it that gives it an old oak wood kind of scent. The packaging is a big downside to me as I get to the last 25% or so of the stick, the cap becomes really hard to put back on and take off due to it being made of cardboard and the deodorant itself being slightly sticky when friction is applied. So I just stopped caping it. I do not feel sticky while wearing it though. It goes on pretty smooth and lasts me all day, even when sweating profusely. Despite the price, it's my go to deodorant. I started using it during pregnancy and postpartum, but I still use it all the time and recommend to any looking for a natural deodorant that works.

I typically do not do reviews but the Holy Spirit compelled me to write this review. I rated it as a one star only because zero stars isn't really an option. This deodorant worked very well as far as a deodorant is concerned, but that's not what this review is about. I experienced negative mood changes as well as a headache after using this only a few times & discontinued it b/c of these issues. If this deodorant is causing negative mood changes/headaches then what else is it doing internally to my body? I WOULD NEVER LET MY CHILD USE THIS DEODORANT! This deodorant uses multiple ingredients & any time that you combine a bunch of ingredients in anything then you increase the complexity of the product thereby creating potential issues with disrupting all of the different important systems in the human body one of the most important of which is the endocrine system. The endocrine system filters out all the harmful things in the human body however, if you disrupt it with a product such as this, then you are opening up a big can of worms that you don't want to deal with. I realize EWG verified this product and that was a confidence booster as far as my buying decision was concerned but you still have to try the product and see whether or not it works for you. I also realized also that each body is different but because of the issues that I described above my recommendation is that this product be taken off the market.

Good smell and last around 24 hrs in a humid weather. I was looking for something safe during my pregnancy and after testing more than 10 options this one was the best.
