In practice it dissolves easily when I whisk it into hot liquids; I usually make a slurry first and then pour into the pot, and it thickens smoothly without lumps. It stays tasteless and odorless like the description says, so the flavor of the dish shines through. What surprised me most was how well it works in small amounts and how stable the texture is. The fact that it's organic, gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO gave me confidence, and batch tested gluten-free is reassuring when cooking for others. One small note: it can clump if dumped directly into boiling liquid, so I whisk or pre-mix a slurry. Other than that, it delivers the right thickness quickly and without changing taste. Works the same as ordinary grocery store corn starch in food prep, but without all the chemicals and junk not good for you. As the label says organic, gluten-free and vegan with no GMOs. This corn starch is for purists. It's great!

It is so frustrating not being able to find organic cornstarch in the grocery stores and so when I saw this was available through the Amazon platform, I was excited. This brand always seems to meet all my picky expectations, and this ORGANIC cornstarch is perfect.

Very nice cornstarch. Very soft fine and pottery. I have to use it under my breast so I don’t shave cause I’ve been going through radiation treatments and it works great. And of course, I used it for cooking too, and it works really really good
