El mejor de la serie 500 y al nivel de alguno de la series 600. Este audifono en calidad de audio es básicamente uno de la serie 600 pero con carcasa de serie 500, audio muy balanceado y neutro, mucho detalle en las canciones, muy recomendado.

These were on sale on the Sennheiser Store for about half price. An absolute steal. I normally mix and master on Genelec studio monitors, but needed to work late at night. Headphones never cut it for me. These do. Open and transparent sounding with subtle bass. Not as flat as the 600 series (so I read), but I wanted something that better reflects what I do, i.e. headphones with a bit more emphasis in the bass area without being boomy. There is TOO much choice in the Sennheiser range, and I think it's impossible to make a choice based on reviews. But I'm REALLY happy with these. Love the copper accents, though that's a completely personal and unimportant aspect of these headphones.

Phone doesn't have an audio jack so I paired these with the Linsoul Kiwi Ears AD1 Type-C to 3.5mm Female Headphone DAC Adapter Cable and am extremely happy with the results. The headphones are lightweight, not tight on the head or the ears, and the sound is smooth and full with no adjustment to phone's eq settings. There's enough bass to drive Storm by Otyken and enough full-spectrum detail to make any Melanie De Biasio tune just melt you into the couch. 2012 remix of Take a Pebble by ELP will give you a full spectrum experience with maybe just a tad too much edge on the high end, but overall tremendous. Balance is fine, no issues noted. Power of my phone is more than adequate to drive these. Did a lot of cruising on Youtube looking for wired headphones (#1 to cut cost and #2 to increase fidelity over BT) and these stack up really well with the Sennheiser 600 series in most reviews. The soundstage is more than acceptable and songs like Take Five highlight it well. But the cost was still up there for me to justify (msrp $265, usual selling price $180). When they went on sale this week, I took a chance. I am NOT an audiophile, but I know what I like. Don't expect any sound cancelling. Phone calls come in crystal clear. Cord is a bit long and proprietary, but that's better than too short and proprietary. Packaging is pedestrian but I couldn't care any less about the aesthetics of the box they came in. I'm not a gamer. For me, these are strictly for kicking back and listening to music and Sennheiser came through in my opinion.
