What should I know before purchasing?

Please refer to the size range and choose based on your situation. Stop using or purchasing the product if you find it challenging to (1) maintain a comfortable and stable sitting balance or (2) sit down or stand up and need assistance from others.

What are the key points to pay attention to when opening and folding?

First, unlock the safety lock and press down fully for automatic opening! Adjust the handle height to your preference and sit comfortably! *Note: When folding, retract the handle first, then fold the seat!

Can I sit comfortably in this chair?

Kindly Reminder: 265LB Weight Capacity. The seat height is fixed at 20.08 in (51cm) for all sizes and the seat is relatively small compared to an ordinary chair. It is mainly for a short rest after a long period of walking or standing.

Why are the people in the product pictures sitting backwards with the handle in front? Can I sit in a different way?

Our design requires the sitting position shown in the pictures. This is to ensure stable use and prevent the risk of falling. The chair has an ergonomic design, as you can feel the flexibility while sitting down.

What should be considered about the weight of the product?

Our product is designed with strong, lightweight, and durable materials; however, it is relatively heavier compared to standard canes as ours is equipped with a seat for use.
