Garbage. This is just mint flavored chewing gum. Does nothing to enhance your focus.

Beyond calm - these put me right to sleep
I don't know if it's the intended effect but rather than giving me calm or clarity, these mints put me straight to sleep. That's fine now that I know, but the first time I took this during a relatively high-stress day, I ended up angrily battling the siren call of sleep for the entire afternoon, which wasn't my goal. Now I take them before bed to conk out fast and they're great for specifically that!

Gives Peace & Calmness
Two tablets gives me a peaceful feeling and calming over all. Not for more then 2 hours tho. The taste is less than desirable I have the Honey lemon, strong lemon taste .
