I wear a size 4 or 6, depending on the designer, to give you reference. I ordered a small and I was able to get it on with no issues fastening it on the loosest hook. Which is exactly what I was hoping for so I could size down as the trainer did it's thing. Also, I'm 10 weeks post op from a 360 lower body lift with lipo sculpting. I needed something that didn't ride up and did the last little bit for the skin adhering to the scar tissue. This is definitely so much better than the surgical binder that does nothing but ride up and bunch! Second, I was mildly worried about the smell which was mentioned in some reviews. My trainer not only didn't have a latex smell, it actually had a pleasant aroma, so I was able to wear it right away. Third, can I just say, I'm actually incredibly shocked not only by the comfort of this item, and how well made it is but let's talk about how beautifully it shapes!! I'm actually ordering the black one as soon as I post this review!!

Really works!
I was nervous to purchase a waist trainer because there are too many to choose from. But I'm so happy with this one. It really works and my tummy is more toned and I have that lovely cinched waist, hour-glass figure without any painful restraints! An added benefit is the back support it gives, I used to get lower back pain but this makes me have better posture and I no longer struggle with back pain.

Great waist trainer!
This product is a heavy duty latex waist cincher. It runs a little small so I would suggest buying a size up for your first one to maintain comfortibility. It’s snug and tight. I’ve been wearing it for two days and you can already see an immediate difference.

Great Product!
Normally I am not the person to take time and write reviews, but I was so happy with the product. I had a baby a couple of months ago and haven’t been able to lose any weight or anything. Well I bought this in hopes that it would push everything back in place. I have had it for only 2 days. The first picture was before I started wearing it. The 2 picture was from today. I have worn it for about 18 hours total. I’m so happy with the quick results. It fit very well, and it made of strong material. It is not cheaply made. It’s worth the money!
