I wanted to buy slower bearings so it was easier for my kids to learn but the quality of these was way better than the ABEC 7's that came with our rollerblades. I'm keeping these for when we need to upgrade because the consistent spin between each of these bearings was so much better. With these on, all the wheels spun nearly the same as each other, unlike the factory ones. Would recommend these for an upgrade, not to slow down a wheel lol.
