After cutting the bag, it instantly swelled and I got to exhale. The color is as stated: bright, vibrant and beatuiful since my accent well is the same color. It is the same color on boh sides (reversible) so it does not matter which side you put it on. It is really soft and light weight (perfect for spring/summer weather). I washed it in cold water and dried it and it was fine. I didn't notice any issues with shrinkage. I highly recommend this bed in a bag set. It is totally worth the money.
