Works great, quiet and sharp, I use it daily, just make sure to lee it oiled and clean and it will work just as new every time. The battery lasts quite a long time I can get about a week worth of head shaving from 1 charge, it’s easy to clean and easy to use and leaves your head nearly razor close.

Absolutely love this product does a wonderful job. A few minutes each day keeps everything looking fresh. Took a little time to make the decision to buy it but glad I did.

This was the absolute best shaver I've found, until it stopped working. I can't tell a difference between a straight razor and a shave from this thing. The only way to tell is to actually feel my head, and even then some parts of my head feel just as smooth as if I had used a straight razor. The only downside is the price. It's a STEEP price for the PLATINUM, which is why I can only give a 4 star rating. My razor lasted long enough that I bought around 25 blade replacements, 3 years or so, so about 1 new blade almost every other month, but I change them out more often than recommended and shave my head every day. The Platinum razor I have started to stop randomly, even with a fully charged battery, and the "clean" light would start blinking, even with a brand new, never-been-used blade. So I figure it's either the battery or the motor that's kicking the bucket. I bought another brand razor that had a boatload of good reviews, and to my dismay it was a terrible shave, it wasn't natural-feeling to use, I had to grip the large block part of it, it left a bit of cut hair all over my head so I had to rinse off each time, and it didn't shave as close. I don't think many or any of the reviewers (for the other brand) had used a Skull Shaver before, otherwise I don't think they would have thought so highly of the other shaver. I actually still use the Skull Shaver (even though it randomly stops shaving every 1-5 seconds for no reason) over the other shavers I have because of the quality of shave. That's no joke, I use a half-broken Skull Shaver over the other new shavers because it's that much better. I just wish I could afford a new one, but at the current price, I'll just keep using my broken one.

Awesome skull shaver. Make sure you clean out the blades after each use by removing them and emptying the hair trap. It fills up fast. I accidentally burned through my first Pitbull because I thought it was expelling the hair instead of trapping it even though I read the directions.

It's okay. Gives you what it says a quick shave when needed. First time I've ever used something like this so wasn't sure what to expect I guess. It's great for convenience. But if you want a clean, smooth feel I've learned this won't get it there. Instead it's that sandpaper, velcro like feel when your hair starts to grown back in after a day or two from using a regular razor. Keeping it, but learned could've gotten away with the basic model and saved a good chunk of money. Oh well.
