Good on the go drink for the morning! The morning dose of caffeine really helps start the day. Taste is pretty good as well, yummy chocolate flavor! 20g of protein so should be paired with something small to reach the 30g for breakfast.

I initially purchased these at my local grocery store when I noticed that it only has 2 grams of net carbs, which works great for my keto lifestyle. And I am SO GLAD to have discovered these. I am absolutely in love with the taste and look forward to drinking one every morning. Bonus points for the caffeine component - this truly does have the same effects as a full cup of coffee. This is currently my only subscribe and save order (which I almost never do), because I truly cannot get enough of them. I only wish they were a little cheaper, since I would like to have them a bit more often. But regardless, these are totally worth 5 stars.

This is my preferred breakfast everyday. Tastes good, easy peasy. It has been out of stock frequently so I hope that gets fixed

They're good don't get me wrong. This is my second time getting these. The first time I got chocolate, it tastes like a protien drink, that's pretty much expected. I had surgery a couple days ago, so eating food is super unappealing rn. I've added these to my diet when I can't bring myself to eat anything. The chocolate was pretty alright and so I wanted to try the strawberry, so I ordered strawberry and received vanilla. It's not a big deal since I was probably gonna try this one anyways but still. I was looking forward to trying what I ordered. Vanilla definitely wouldn't have been my first choice. But anyways, it's a decent protien meal replacement shake, good to have when I get the late night cravings. Low calorie and lots of vitimins and minerals. But if your picky on flavors, be sure to check the box before you open it because you might not get the right one!

Great tasting, extremely filling and an excellent value. Be sure to refrigerate and shake it up before opening…for those of you who are complaining about the smell. Great source of protein as well.

Fast shipping! Cheaper then Walmart and I can realize I am running out and order, knowing I will have a fresh supply the following day. I was skeptical when I first started- I was prepared to resent my choice of the slimfast 1 2 3 diet. I can honestly say I am pleasantly surprised. I bought this and a different caffeinated meal replacement shake brand with my first order- and can say this is cheaper per drink, comes pre-mixed and is so much better. This is convenient, easy to grab and go. I am an overnight worker. I decided to try meal replacement shakes due to always wanting to snack. I would easily drink 4 rockstar's (sugar free), a 5hr energy shot and a regular red bull every shift. On top of that, I wanted to snack on candy all night, as well as eat a bag of popcorn. One of these as I arrive on shift, 2 servings of raw broccoli, carrots and cauliflower or a romaine salad between 12am-1am, and another shake around 4am keeps me satisfied and awake all night. I get home, and I drink a high protein without caffeine drink, complete barn chores and nap. I eat a vegetable and meat based dinner, and have been feeling better, more alive- and best of all a sense of freedom from caffeine! I easily drink 7 16.5oz waters daily now and within 3 days did not have the caffeine headaches and sugar cravings. Once I get back to my desired weight, I plan on continuing purchasing this for my overnight shifts, and continuing to eat sensibly. Aside from the positive impact this is having on my health- I am grateful to not be spending $15+ on beverages alone just for a work shift. These bottles average $1 each, and my cases of 40ct waters sell for $4-5ish. I spend roughly $4 a day in drinks as opposed to $20- huge savings and so much healthier. I love the taste of these when they are nice and cold- honestly I have not dared trying it room temperature. Thank you Amazon for making it possible to maintain a healthy lifestyle without having to go to a bigger town, and making it affordable.

For what they are, they provide a decent meal replacement with caffeine. I bought these as a meal supplement because they were on sale. The flavor isn't what I'd call stellar, but tolerable. My daughter didn't like it enough to finish hers. I like them. For the money saved buying this flavor, I'm okay with them. I finish them in a chug or two, so it's like taking medication. And it does taste okay after awhile.

Love the product but don't recommend purchasing from this seller. I ordered this item and received the Coffee House style instead. Amazon sent a new shipment out right away and I received the same wrong item. Don't know how to reach the seller directly.
