This is amazing, I almost never write reviews, but this has helped me so much!! I was extremely moody-rage, depression, feeling hopeless. I had a double chin, and my face and stomach were bloated-i looked like I gained weight. I didn't have energy...... I was suffering pretty bad, even the skin in my hands would like that of a 90 yr old (I'm 40) my skin would get very loose with lots of wrinkles-im not the type to concentrate on wrinkles etc. but it was very bad!! I take the pills, all of that goes away, my skin is much better, my mood is happy energetic and stable, no more double chin, no more bloating. I'm now on my 3rd day taking this and I've already felt a difference, it makes me excited. I knew my cortisol could be high because I deal with stress on a daily and I felt my overall well-being going down quickly. I didn't have a lot of hope in any supplements and this was kind of a random buy because I was like what could it hurt to just try. I feel like I've been struggling like this for over 2 years, yesterday I had some strong stressors and I was stressed but I noticed myself being able to pull myself out of it easier. Thank you for this product, I'll continue to buy Update, I still think it works no doubt but I had to stop because I started having side effects. I think it was the dosage for me. I was taking 3 capsules daily, I started having hot flashes and this strange sensation in my hands like I was losing circulation. I went down to 2 capsules and it was less severe but then I decided to give myself a week off, I do plan on taking 1 capsule to see how that goes. I may have started too strong too fast

I’ve been taking this supplement for about a week now and I am already noticing a difference. I’m noticing an increase in energy and I’ve slept a little bit better. I’m not tossing and turning as much. I plan to order another bottle soon. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is because I feel the price is a bit steep.

I have a 5 month old and 2 other kids I get ready for school . When I say when I hear that alarm clock go off I’m not so annoyed now . Like whenever I do go to sleep I feel like I had a decent sleep. My attitude is so much better and I feel like I can actually flow through my day with out feeling annoyed with things so fast or feeling impatient . I’m still waiting for my cortisol belly to go down but I’m changing my eating habits so I’m sure that will help then . I’m just in an all better mood and I’m so happy for that .

The description says it contains a three month supply. It contains 90 capsules. Recommended dose are three a day. This is only a one month supply. One of their selling points was you are getting three months over their competitors one month supply.Maybe they are hoping that buyers can’t do the math.

Honest review. I never write them. And I paid full price. I turned 40 and perimenopause symptoms crept in almost overnight and hit me like a ton of bricks. I bought this hoping for ANY relief. And much to my surprise I got some almost immediately. I have noticed a huge change in my mood and energy. I’ve been sleeping much better. Hoping to see even more improvement with more time.
