It's genuinely satisfying to see how much dirt and debris it picks up, even in areas that looked clean. The two batteries providing 120 minutes of runtime are a dream come true. I have a fairly large house, and with other cordless vacuums, I'd often run out of juice halfway through. With this model, I can clean my entire home, often twice, without needing to recharge. It's incredibly convenient. I also love the practical design features. The self-standing capability is surprisingly useful – no more leaning it against walls or trying to find a spot for it to rest. The tangle-free brush is a lifesaver, especially with long hair and pet fur; I spend significantly less time cutting tangled hair out of the roller. And the LED display is a nice touch, giving me real-time information on battery life and suction mode. Whether you have hardwood floors, carpets, or pets, this vacuum handles it all with superior performance. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and surprisingly quiet for its power. Unfortunately, this vacuum cleaner turned out to be a very disappointing purchase. The first time it stopped working after only 3 months. I had to contact support and order replacement parts twice. While the parts were compensated, the process took time and we were left without a vacuum cleaner for a long period, which is very inconvenient for a household appliance. Then the vacuum failed again after about 10 months of normal use. At that time it was still under the one-year warranty, but customer support refused to repair or replace it. Instead, they suggested that I buy a new vacuum cleaner with a 100 AED discount. This is not what a warranty is supposed to mean. There is also no proper service center in the UAE, which makes dealing with issues even more frustrating. A vacuum cleaner that breaks twice within less than a year clearly has serious durability and quality problems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product.

I’m really impressed with this cordless vacuum cleaner! The suction power is excellent—even in the normal mode, it picks up dust and debris effortlessly. I’ve tested it on carpets, tile floors, and it handled everything beautifully. The build quality feels sturdy, and the design is sleek and practical. Another big plus is the battery life—it lasts long enough for me to clean multiple rooms without needing a recharge. Overall, it offers great value for money and performs just as well (if not better) than some higher-end models.

I will give 4 stars only because battery doesn't last that long, otherwise it's a good product. I am using it mainly to clean scattered cat litter. My place is not that big, I live in a studio so battery lasts for 3-4 vacuum times only.

Good wireless Vacuum) + budget friendly + pretty quiet, I can vacuum and talk at the same time + Easy to use, good clear instructions + Careful seller - they provide a lot of ways to contact the support if needed, and 2 year warranty - Suction is 4/5 which is okay for me and for everyday clean, but maybe not enough for intense dirt - As for battery, one block lasts me 3-4 cleanings of my studio apartment. It’s good that there is always the second one, I use one and the other one in charge. Good option for everyday vacuum

I don't usually write reviews but the time I need too. Have been using this for just under a year and one of the batteries has failed. the vacuum does not have heavy usage and used in ceramic floors so it is not overworked like on carpets. The batteries are definitely poor quality. one have failed and the other certainly does not last as long as stated. when I contacted the customer services, even though it is inside the warranty period I was told I could purchase a new battery. They stated that it is outside the 90day replacement period. Therefore buyer BE WARNED.

Disappointed and should have bought the warranty. Less than 2 months after purchasing and the vacuum keeps shutting down in the middle of use, even at almost full battery capacity. Switching batteries does not solve the problem. It seems to be an issue that comes up when the vacuum cleaner gets hot. Very unfortunate because the cordless functionality is great, as well as the light that highlights dirt and debris.

The product is really good and exceeded my expectations. This vacuum cleaner has a very high suction power and it even clean up the most dusty carpet well with the turbo mode.Spare battery give more time to complete the cleaning. A must buy if you are looking for a light weight cordless vacuum cleaner. The motor is also silent compared to the counterparts.
