Features:1. High cooling capacity for quick cooling 2. Easy cleaning and washable filter for convenient maintenance 3. Adjustable side panels could be extended for simple installation of AC 4. Included foam strip prevents air leakage and decreases noise (52db - 59db) 5. Energy saving unit makes it better for the environment and your wallet 6. A quick-install window kit is included for exhausting the unit 7. simple but stylish style adds elegant charm to your room Specifications:Cooling Rate (BTU/hr): 18000 BTU Recommended Coverage Area (sq. ft.): 800 sq/ft Max Coverage Area (sq. ft.): 1000 sq/ft Voltage: 230V/60hz Fan Speeds: Auto Speed, Low, Med, High Sleep Setting: Yes Timer Setting: Up to 24 hoursEco Mode: Yes Dry Mode: Yes UL Listed: Yes Energy Saving: Yes Temp Range: 61°F - 88°F Color: White Recommended Window Width: 28" - 41" Recommended Window Height: 19'' Overall Dimensions: 23.6" x 25.4" x 17.9" (L x W x H)Package Includes: 1 x Air Conditioner 1 x Remote Control 1 x Installation Window Kit 1 x Manual Warm Notice: 1. please double check the window size before making order 2. comparing with split-system AC, the window type AC is more noisier, because the outdoor unit is installed indoors 3. a BTU output that is too low will leave you feeling like your air conditioner is barely working. So if possible, a little higher size of AC can help to cool the room more efficiently

Review: Passed "my" summertime cooling task with flying colors - Just at the start of the cooling season my well used window air conditioner in my shop stopped "cooling" - discharge air temp was about 55 degrees - ugh! Needed to get a new unit so used the convenient comparison shopping via desertcart to help find what I wanted. Selected this unit based on 1) size (small windows in shop), 2) largest cooling capacity for the size, and 3) lowest price. That criteria led me to this unit and after a summertime of use here in the South I am well satisfied. I bought the 10K BTU unit as it has the most capacity that would fit in my space. The specs rate this at 450 sq. ft. and my shop is close to 600 sq. ft. so it's a bit underpowered but did the job to my satisfaction keeping the temps in the 75-77 deg set point. I like the way it operates in that I just leave it on all the time at the set temp and forget it. It only runs when the temp excides the set point, the rest of the time it is off and draws no power for the fan (this is different from my last unit). It does however run a "sampling" cycle every 10-15 minutes that runs for less than 10 seconds to test the ambient air temp in the space. Unit is quiet for the amount of air that the fan moves (quite a lot), compressor noise is minimal, and the remote control is convenient to use. Never used the WI-FI function but it is provided. Well pleased with this unit after its first summer "workout" NOTE: I wanted a cover for the unit when the cooling season is over and selected the vendor "i frmmy" from desertcart since they advertised a size of 18 x 13 x 12 which is as close as I could find from the listed choices. This unit measures just under 18.5 in wide so I hoped it would fit - all other choices only said 17 in wide. It's snug but does go over and cover the unit as desired.
Review: I'm cold now :) - My 2nd one - rebought through "Buy Again" because the first one was so awesome. I no longer dread summers, living and working in a 30' trailer in the PNW. This one didn't disappoint. If needed, I will buy it again and again. LOVE the remote too.
