Good product if you have sensitive skin only leave it on for a half the time it says!
Really good product. Started buying it at bodycare 6 years ago before they stopped stocking it so I've done without it for 2 years till I started using it the packing has slightly changed (just the colours) and so has the colour and texture of the wax itself however after using it for the second time now I can confirm it's not as strong as it was before which is good for me so I can leave it on a bit longer on eyebrows and tash however I wouldn't suggest that for people with sensitive skin please be weary and consider doing a test patch first. When I used to use it I left it on too long and it ripped my skin off and caused major irritation and it tooks months for my skin to recover so be careful. I'm going to keep buying it and oh one bottle would usually last me almost 2 years so this is the lick good value for money! I would suggest using a warm cotton pad to remove it and put a timer on

Disappointing Reaction for Sensitive Skin
I was initially quite disappointed with the Nair Nourish Facial Brush-On Hair Removal Cream, however have come back to change my review 24hrs later. I followed the directions precisely, however after using it, my skin was left with a red glow and felt slightly puffy. I, of course panicked, consulted AI and was told to run my face under cold water and apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream, which I did. This was concerning, especially as it's designed for delicate areas like the face and for sensitive skin types however, I also went onto read that some redness and puffiness is normal. Even with this information I immediately think doom and gloom- I've given myself an unwanted chemical peel- not what you want when you have a big event to go to the next day! Having visions of going out looking like an over ripe tomato, an hr or so later, the redness and puffiness had subsided. I followed the same routine before bed (cold water wash with baby shampoo and a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream) and woke up to the most beautiful dewy skinned, hair free face. The results where so impressive that my fiancรจ used it as he also wanted to look 20 again (both being in our young 40's). Now he's walking around thinking he's going to he ID'd everywhere... I would recommend this but would caution others with sensitive skin to be very careful and prepared for the redness and puffiness, or perhaps perform an extended patch test beyond what's recommended.

Cream is good
I have used Nair products before but it was the first time using this specific one with the applicator. The actual cream itself worked well and I had no negative reaction. I have however knocked it down 2 stars due to no moisturiser being provided (I had some from previous so I used that) and finding the applicator not great to use as it is not very precise and quite flimsy.

Works like a charm, don't use if you've got an open wound.
Bought this to help reduce hair on my arms and legs, after a few months of using it can safely say that the hair is not coming back anytime soon. When you use it you'll find that all of the hair you have on the affected area will come off & you'll have smooth skin, though it does grow back (just thinner)- if you use it a few times (over the span of a few weeks/months depending on how fast your hair grows) you'll be able to massively reduce the hair growth and density. Not the best if you have an open wound / cut though as it stings really badly. Also don't use it after shaving-- there needs to be hair there for it to remove, if you shave beforehand you'll just hurt yourself with all the microcuts from the razor blade.

Don't buy
Absolutely awful, does not remove facial hair and just burns and irritates the skin, weirdly I did a test patch and it was fine and then when I tried to use it again properly it did not work at all and just burned my skin and made it red and I followed the directions to the letter.

It works. Slight burning feeling.
So far only 3 Stars because there was no applicator brush! So will have to find something around the house to use! My mistake. The applicator brush is in the bottle. Really good! Works well. There was a burning sensation for me but I can tolerate it. Nobody likes to admit they have a hairy upper lip & a wee goaty. But I guess it's natural for aging. It was a good price. I used savlon afterwards. Excuse the pictures! But hope it helps.

Arrived as estimated
I have known the product for when I lived in UK. I have no doubt that it will be good as before. I have not tried it yet.

Severe irritation and bleeding
Worst product.applied a thin layer and left it less than a minute on the skin and the irritation became very severe wiped it off gently and washed with cold water .finally it started swelling and blood started coming out.applied area developed several patches of swelling and bleeding..irritation lasted for 2 whole days and the wounds took 2 weeks to heal

Its not for sensitive skin, a big NO
You must not keep it on skin more than 1 min if you are beginner It burns alot It scars(the skin peel offs) if put for more than 1-3min Why I'm suggesting for 1 min is: you need time to remove the product right Don't apply it on any active pimples It doesn't weaken the roots js cut off the hair from surface So it's the same as shaving. Shaving is better than using this Pluck off the thick hairs with tweezers. You can steam your face (though it doesn't help much) Don't reapply the cream immediately to remove remaining hairs Reapply after 3-5days Don't use any active ingredients after applying this for 2 days Don't throw the instructions card The applicator brush is too flexible and it doesn't help in taking the cream from inside And use a gentle moisturizer and face wash Don't rub your skin. Gently tap your skin after washing

Great for removing facial hair on sensitive skin
I have used Nair facial hair remover for years and appreciate how mild and effective it is for my sensitive skin. This had a new type of brush which was longer than facial hair remover brushes I have used in the past, and have always wished the brushes were longer, like this one, so I would not have to find something to get to the bottom of the bottle once you had used most of the cream. This brush is a bit strange though, with an extender and the brush tip being maybe a bit longer than necessary. Works fine so far.

Nair Hair Removal Facial Brush on Cream for Women/ for Dry & Sensitive Skin
This is a TERRIBLE product. As advised, I tested it and within a few seconds the skin started to burn. I washed it off immediately. However the part of my face has remained red and unnatural looking since 24 hours. In fact, this cream seemed to harm the skin at a very deep level. Please do test it out for yourselves before selling it. Ive used Sanfe and Veet with NO problems. Sadly, both these facial hair removal creams are not offered by Amazon any more. Hence, I thought of trying out Nair. I hope my skin will return to normal.
