We have tried several brands. Stick to Giffard. It is our favorite as well **Q: Does this product need to be refrigerated after opening?** A: The bottle does not say it needs to be refrigerated. I keep mine in the refrigerator because I like it cold. **Q: Has anyone compared this to fee bros?** A: I used Fee Brothers for a few years and was pleased with the product, especially for the price. I made a variety of drinks with it (mostly a Mai Tai). I have used several brands, and finally switched to 1883. Better flavor and taste for me and works well with a lot of craft cocktails. Recommend it highly. **Q: Does this need to be refrigerated?** A: It does not say on the new glass bottles. I believe the older plastic ones did state to refrigerate after opening. I have always kept it in the refrigerator. It is BY FAR the best Orgeat syrup on the market. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious almond syrup! *by A***K on 30 April 2026* Very delicious almond syrup and very little goes a long way. I read many reviews, which actually was quite confusing. Finally I picked one. This is excellent. It has a very nice soft almond flavor, so it compliments your cocktail and does not over power it. There is no weird taste or after taste. I believe it is one of the best I have tasted. It is not cheap, but not expensive like some of the others. ## Frequently Bought Together - 1883 Routin Almond Syrup - Glass Bottle - 1 Liter - 1883 Coconut Syrup - Flavored Syrup for Hot & Iced Beverages - Gluten-Free, Vegan, Non-GMO, Kosher, Preservative-Free, Made in France | 1 Liter Bottle (33.8 Fl Oz) - 1883 Maison Routin - Vanilla Syrup - Made in France - Glass Bottle | 1 Liter (33.8 ounces) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/708277688-france-1883-routin-almond-syrup-glass-bottle-1-liter](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/708277688-france-1883-routin-almond-syrup-glass-bottle-1-liter) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
