However, because of that compact, boxy shape, it’s not the most comfortable to hold during use—it feels a bit like holding a small block rather than something ergonomic.One thing I really wish they would improve is the charging method. It doesn’t use USB-C, and since the charging head is proprietary, I have to spend time looking for the specific cable whenever I need to charge it. That’s definitely inconvenient.Overall, I’m giving it a higher rating because it performs well and does what it’s supposed to do. With a more ergonomic grip and USB-C charging, this would be an excellent product.

I've have had and used the product for about one month. The product is compact enough to pack well for travelling but large enough to remain functional. It's easy to turn off and on, easy to charge and holds its charge well. It's quieter than many larger water flossers. I like that there are 4 water pressure options and find the pressure and battery better than a travel version of a leading brand, which I dumped for the Usmile potable flosser. While it does not leak, there is some clunkiness to it. You really need a drying (dish) rack to use gravity to drain it properly. I wonder about the drainage in all flossers, so you can get better drainage than a larger unit. Joining the water basin to the motorized flossing piece, and detaching the two requires some attentive ease to avoid splashing water. Again, I've opted for this over a name brand flosser. I plan to stick with this until it dies.

Y realmente remueve la inmensa mayoría de los residuos, pero aún así cuando uso esto todavía siguen saliendo cosas :s así que creo que fue una gran adicion a mi rutina dental. Have been using Waterpik for 10+ years and decided to give this a try. Loved it! The long battery life is insane and convenient for daily use, and I also love the fact that the water reservoir can be taken apart for full drying. Unfortunately the suction started to malfunction 6 months in and it now sucks up a mixture of air and water making the water flosser too weak to use.
