Megachef Thai Fish Sauce
I do a lot of Asian cooking, this fish sauce is included in most of my dishes. The favor is of good quality. Just a little adds that authentic Asian favor to the dishes.

Great tasting but has fructose
Taste better than Red Boat brand fish sauce which is healthier because it has two ingredients, fish and salt. Megachef has 1% fructose and 2% regular sugar. Both brands have that fishy smell. Will probably use Red Boat more.

Don't judge it by the smell...it's great in your food.
I love this stuff and I'm Czech and Irish blend. Hey, don't smell it, just add it to your recipes and get that delightful umami taste in your food. I will admit that I occasionally smell it to remind me of my high school gym locker. This brand is highly recommended by my Thai friends.

Love this mixed into my cauliflower rice. Make sure though not to add extra salt as it has enough.

This is the only stuff you should be using if you want the best quality fish sauce. I’ve made so many sum tum Thais with this stuff and I’ve tried other stuff. Not the same. This is it.
