Feels like I'm doing something for my health
I feel overall healthier when I eat these I was going to make them myself but I don't have the time with a one year old it's easier to just purchase them already made but the ingredients in this is exactly what I would use to make them The taste is really tart I think my acne is a little bit better when I eat them I'm not quite sure it does help with digestive if you ask for my opinion but the ingredients are definitely good

Collagen and vinegar for general health!
Collagen is good not only for skin but also for knee cartilage. After I took it for 10 days, I felt much better. Even though it's a little bit pricey, I take it every day. I'm very grateful that I found it.
