Small but mighty!
The device is small but mighty. The device came with charge so I was able to use it immediately. Since it is wireless, I love the function and love that it is wireless and I can use it around the house without wires hanging everywhere. Love the price! Not too expense and moderately priced. The pads stick well (I use it on my back) and can apply the pads and node without trouble. I tried it last night, my back was tight, and after using the device, my pain was better. Not sure how long the battery lasts because I have only used it a couple of times but the battery icon has not decreased, so by that I would say that it lasts. Going to buy one for my daughter. She is an athlete so she can use it before/during/after competition or on the way home.

Perfect for travel
I used them on my last 9 hr trip and a 3 hr delayed flight, it was easy and convenient as it’s small enough. I used it several times throughout the journey to relieve pain I have in my knees. Also in my neck. The levels of stimulations are high enough so it’s effective for most types of pains. The patches were still good to use after three weeks of frequent use. I have recommended these to friends and I am buying another for a gift.

No regret. Purchased two.
Awesome. Also purchased the additional pads. The pads adhere well and stayed where applied for 12 hours until I removed easily. Travels well, there is room in the case for a set of pads.. Multiple setting and intensities. It does time out, but restart is just a click away. I purchased another unit as it works great. I may start gifting these.

So easy to use, so portable.....love it.
I'm impressed. I had never used a TENS unit before. They all seem quite bulky or awkward with wires, etc. But this little gem, this is great.I was drawn to the simplicity of it and the compact size. It functions so straight forward and is so small, I can put it in my sweater pocket and wear it around the house or even out shopping effortlessly and discretely. The pads that stick on you stick VERY well. Almost too well! But, really, I realize they need to for effectiveness.I put the electrode pads on where I needed pain relief, easily added the little wireless, magnetic-backed TENS button to the pad (the TENS buttons are only a little bigger than a quarter. Very effective and yet, discrete.) and powered up the devices with the push of a couple simple buttons.I appreciate that it has 16 levels of intensity. Since I am new to TENS, I happily started at a one and now typically use a two, whereas my partner who has experience with TENS unit, started his much higher. The different settings, such as pulsing or continuous, is also a really nice feature.I'm just very pleased with this little device. I purchased one for my partner as well. Pain management is a gift, after all.

The worst TENS unit we've ever owned
I was so excited for this machine, and I am so disappointed in it. We had to buy a different tens unit to replace it because it just wasn't working for us. At one point I had it on another person, someone that is not tech savvy at all, and I regretted putting it on her every 20 minutes. The timer would run out and I would have to stop what I was doing and turn everything back on again because it had been a few minutes and the leads turned off too. Which is not something I liked to do because moving them, and applying pressure to them, caused her a lot of pain. We ended up giving her our Avcoo compact because it had continuous mode and was way easier for her to use than this machine. The battery life is so bad for this machine. Our tens units get a lot of use and there isn't always time to charge them in between uses. This machine dies after a few hours of use. We are a chronic pain household. There have been times where our tens units get used for more than 18+ hours continuously(the person did eventually admit that they needed medical care and agreed to get it).The strength of the pulses seemed very weak compared to both Avcoo models. On the Avcoo my pain usually disappears around intensity 11-14. This machine I was having to take it a lot higher to get the same effects. The case also pops open super easily, often causing the contents to scatter on the ground. If you don't put the pads in before the leads they will snap onto the pads and have to be removed so you can close the case. If you put it in your purse be sure to put it in it's own little carrying bag, because if you don't it will pop open in your purse and everything will be crummy and not charged. It was nice to not have cords to deal with, but we ended up shoving it in a drawer and it's there in the event that our other machines are busy or otherwise out of order. We also didn't notice until I was using the machine for the first time, but on the box it says not to use it at the same time as your smart phone. That is a big negative for us.

Questionable
I am using this pen unit as I write. I have had four back surgeries, two new hips, a new knee and effusion in my neck. I am almost in constant pain and the 10 unit helps me when it works. I often have problems with it because it won’t start working or just turns off for no reason. I hope I just need more practice with it.

Amazing!
I get this at the chiropractor office and I've had an at home wired one before and this blows those out of the water. It's SUPER easy to use. Think the air pods of TENS units. It didn't use Bluetooth to connect which was a concern of mine and I used it now on and off the entire day and the battery is still full. You can take it on the go and just put the controller/changer your purse. The charger holds everything when you're not using it. Game changer and really strong pulses not like the older wired units.
