This is an outstanding high performance feature packed machine at a great price.
This ultrasonic cleaner is the real deal. I’ve owned several others in the past, but none of them have had this level of power. The internal fan is a bit loud, but interestingly, the ultrasonic buzzing itself is noticeably quieter than on other units I’ve used. The first thing I noticed was the amount of water agitation when I turned it on—clearly a much more energetic system. I really appreciate the flexibility it offers: multiple frequencies, pulse and sweep modes, and standard continuous operation. The display is also excellent, showing the active frequency and the amount of energy being used to generate it. Power output is adjustable from 0 to 100%, which is a nice feature, although so far I’ve left it set at 100%. I use this machine exclusively for record cleaning. Having three selectable frequencies—40 kHz, 80 kHz, and 120 kHz—along with sweep mode, is a major advantage. In the past, I’ve owned ultrasonic cleaners that operated only at 40 or 46 kHz. With this unit, I can run one cycle at 40 kHz, followed by 80 kHz, and then 120 kHz. I don’t know if this is overkill, but the results speak for themselves. I had a collectible, out-of-print record with two persistent pops that I had never been able to remove, no matter how carefully I cleaned it. A close friend owns a beautiful $4,000 record cleaning machine, and even after multiple attempts on that system, those two pops remained. After running this record through a full cleaning cycle using all three frequencies, both pops were completely gone. I can’t say for certain whether the higher frequencies allow for better cavitation in the grooves or deeper penetration, but whatever is happening, it worked. As part of my overall process, I still use a second ultrasonic cleaner for an deionized water rinse, followed by a record vacuum. The results have been outstanding. To put things in perspective, a near-mint copy of this record—when one can even be found—typically sells for two to three times the cost of this machine. I had learned to live with those pops over time, but now that they’re gone, it’s genuinely surprising when I listen to that track. It’s my favorite song on the album, and hearing it cleanly for the first time is incredibly satisfying. I’ve since cleaned several other records and plan to re-clean most, if not all, of my collection. While this isn’t one of the cheaper ultrasonic cleaners on the market, I can confidently say that in my experience it performs significantly better than the others I’ve owned. For context, I also own a reasonably priced ultrasonic record cleaner that cleans and dries one at a time. It works well for touch-ups and non problematic records, but the ultrasonic cleaning capability of this machine is on an entirely different level. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I’m sure you will be too.

My wife loves this!
I bought this for my wife and she loves it! You’ll become obsessed with keeping your jewelry and other fragile items clean with this unit. I even clean my prescription glasses with it, and the performance is top notch. No disappointments at all with this, just clean jewelry, a happy wife, and smiles.

Works well and easy to clean up
This item works well and cleans items quickly. It works well and is larger enough to do multiple things at the same time. It looks just like the ones at the jewelry store, I don’t find it noisy but more like a buzzing.

Great machine
Industrial engine cleaners are 25khz. Delicate cleaners are 100+ kHz. This is a fantastic medium range 40khz machine that can handle jewelry, eyeglasses, carburetors, spark plugs, scissors, etc. It’s simple to use. Just fill half way with water, add a splash of simple green max or dish soap, set temperature usually 35-40 C, push degas and allow air bubbles to clear for 1 minute, then add your item to clean and it’s usually done in a couple of minutes. For eyeglasses you only need 30 seconds. For delicate items like glued jewelry just push the semi wave button which decreases the power to half. It’s a little loud but you can handle it for 2 minutes. It’s especially satisfying to watch the grease come off your eyeglasses. Can fit 2-3 pairs of glasses in the machine at once.
