Gone are the days of going to the gas station to grab a slushie. Bring it on Summer!
I ordered this so I could fix chilled non-alcohol drinks for myself & the family, during the brutal hot & humid Summer days of the southeast. I rarely drink alcohol, so I'm not going to be able to comment on how well this machine concocts those types of drinks. The machine itself is really easy & simple to use. You fill it up with your desired mix and then you basically just select the appropriate setting for the beverage type you want to fix and it will do the rest - voila. You can also control how thick you want your drink. At first, it can be kind of tricky to achieve the correct ratio of sugar or dairy (depending on which drink you're trying to fix). If you don't have the correct ratio, your drink can turn out to be kind of runny and half frozen. Thankfully, the machine comes with a mini guide which is very helpful in achieving the perfect drink. Once I got the hang of it, it practically became 2nd nature. My slushies are perfect now and taste the same or even better than the ones you get at convenience stores. Although slushies are my drink of choice, I've made some really great tasting milkshakes as well. When in use, the machine's noise level is acceptable. It's not mouse quiet, but it's not it blasts really loud like a hair dryer either. I have a silent dishwasher which is rated as 55db and I would compare it to around that sound level, give or take a few dbs. The build quality is pretty legit. I've been using the machine daily for almost 2 months now and it runs just like it did fresh out of the box. I don't see any signs of degradation or failing parts. If it starts to fail, I will obviously update this review. Now to everyone's dreaded topic - the ease of cleaning. Cleaning these types of appliances are never fun, no matter how easy. Since I use it daily (mainly with slushies), I run the cleaning cycle with plain water a couple of times every day after I'm done with it for the evening. Every week, I've been disassembling it and hand washing the parts thoroughly with gentle dish soap. I scrub the evaporator with plain water and then let it air dry before reassembling all of the parts. For milkshakes, I dissemble and clean it every time afterwards, since I don't want residue of milk sitting in my machine. It's not as bad to clean than some other tabletop appliances. In in all, I love this machine! It's like having a convenience store slushie machine in my home. I'm so glad I don't have to drive a few miles down the road anymore in order to get me a tasty chilled treat. I would order it again. Depending on just how many slushies you usually buy in a year, I could see this machine saving you money in the long run (when you factor in the price of convenience store slushies + use of gas mileage).

This is going to be a great summer!
No parties, no kids, just me and my giant cup of slushy, relaxing on the deck cruising the internet on my phone or just reading a good book. And I can whip up whatever frozen beverages I desire in my new slushy machine. This thing was so easy to set up and use, I was amazed. There were only 2 pieces I had to put on, well, technically one, one was the drip tray that kind of slid into place. The pull down handle easily snapped into place, and after cleaning, (simple, simple), it was ready to use. I have been drinking sugar free drinks for years and am not about to change now, but I always was disappointed at the lack of sugar free frozen drinks available to me. Took a little research, but I found that using allulose is the key to sugar free slushes. My first slush, I had 20 oz. zero sugar passion fruit and mango juice drink and allulose mixed and poured it into the hopper. I turned the machine on and in about 20 minutes, I had a delicious slushy that was only 12 calories and no net carbs. This machine is quiet but it sounded louder in my video because I was holding my phone pretty close. This machine is quieter than my air fryer and I have to check that thing occasionally to see if it's on. Cleanup is simple after use, pour in water and run the cleaning cycle. Then, it is a matter of taking off the container, rotator thingy and drip tray and give them a quick wash and dry, then putting the pieces back on so it's ready for the next round. This takes me about 7 minutes including the 4 minute cleaning cycle. I can have my morning frappe, an afternoon slushy and a nighttime milkshakes with barely any effort. Yes, I can make homemade milkshakes with this machine! It is so simple to use. There are all kinds of recipes on the Internet now for machine made slushes and frozen drinks. The machine is pretty heavy, but really doesn't take up a lot of space. I put it by my dining room table in the corner on a small side table, so it is out of the way, but accessable. This slushy machine may sound like a gadget, but, trust me, if you and your family and friends like slushes and other frozen beverages, you are going to want this machine. I am going to get so much use out of it, especially in hot weather.

A bit noisy, but very COOL.
What a fun machine! I won't lie, this isn't a necessary machine for most kitchens, but if you're the kind of person who loves an icy cold beverage, this is a fun way to enjoy one. The slushie machine is easy to operate, SURPRISINGLY easy to clean, and works fantastic although it can be a bit noisy. (Hence the 4-star rating. It's pretty loud.) There is a bit of a learning curve to success to this one, I won't lie. When I'd ordered it, I'd imagined being able to turn all of my favorite drinks to to a slushie, but it isn't so simple. Adding soda straight to the machine works, sure, but it's not a very tasty slushie and the consistency leaves something to be desired. There is a certain percentage of sugar required for a good consistency and it's quite a bit sweeter than you'd imagine, so after two uses, I'm still trying to figure out the best way to make this one work for me. I'm thinking about making some homemade fruit syrups or going the complete opposite route and buying a pre-made mix or syrup? Will report back with my findings. I was worried this would be the kind of machine that, despite my love of a good slush, I'd decide was more of a pain than it was worth using. I've bought a lot of these appliances that were difficult to clean and that inconvenience almost always outweighs their usefulness. This isn't the case here and while I don't think I'll use it every single day, it has nothing in terms of operation or maintenance that would stop me from pulling the machine out. Can't wait to keep playing with this one and I really look forward to busting it out at the next party.

Slushies every day!
This machine is such a treat. I love a good slushy on a hot day but hate going out to get one when I'm all sweaty and dirty from working in the garden. Enter the slushy machine! It's incredibly easy to simply dump in a couple cans of my favorite soda and turn it on. In a matter of minutes, my drink is frozen to a nice slush and so refreshing. Clean up is simple enough. The machine comes with good documentation to walk you through the process. If you are limiting your sugar, you can use diet soda, but only if you add a small amount of liquid allulose. Without that addition, you will end up with just ice and may damage the machine. I haven't tried frozen alcoholic drinks yet, but I can hear a pina colada calling my name. Or maybe a margarita...

Sturdy machine
This is very easy to set up and use. It makes nice slushy-type drinks, but it takes some trial and error to get the mixture just right in terms of sugar and/or alcohol content. It is not very noisy and is heavy and seems sturdy. It is fairly easy to clean, but the condenser piece does not come out and you just have to wipe it down with a damp cloth and it is a bit difficult to get your hands in there. This was a whim purchase for me and I don't see myself using it very often, but if you are someone who really enjoys frozen drinks that are finer texture than most blenders can make, you will probably love this. It is a good size for a small family. Probably not big enough for a party.

Vessel
This company needs to go back to the drawing board with this vessel! it is impossible to clean in small places especially if you use colors like red or orange . If not you going to have a lot of people wasting money because mold is going to start developing

So far, I love it.
I haven't had the opportunity to use it as much as I hope to, not yet, but so far, it's great, and I really love it. I'm really looking forward to making milkshakes and other types of things, but so far, I just wanted to try one of my favorite things which is a frozen margarita. You can make this so simple by just getting a big bottle of pre-mixed margarita and just dump it right into the tank. Turn it on, and 20-25 minutes later, you have a frozen margarita. Amazing! Of course, you can customize it and add a little more tequila, or just make them from scratch and then put them in there, and just push a button. It doesn't get any easier, and it is so good. It's relatively simple to clean, and really easy to operate. It is a bit large, and I don't keep it on the counter all the time. I store it in the pantry, and bring it out when I need it, but that's fine, preferable for me. I definitely recommend it and give it five stars.
